Patricia- how is your headache? I'll pm you my email.
My pain has reduced significantly, but is still present. My spotting is still here but is light. I do need a liner but I haven't had any red blood since early today. It's now brown. I'm crossing fingers that this is just implantation related or a fluke. Lots of women bleed in pg. It's the pain that really worried/worries me. I will have to wait till Monday to find out anything more. Ugh.

LauraN- I read your sad news last night, been there too and wish more then anything we could move this mountain. It's ok to get mad and throw things across the room like I do, just be careful dh is not in the room. You need to express your grief in some way and vent to us to. Deep down I know it's hard to give up on something we cannot stop thinking about and you'll find creative ways when the time is ready. I know without insurance coverage our restricted funds means finding creative ways to scrape together what we need. Do you rent or own? If appliable some going through IVF borrow money against the house's equity. Stay strong and talk to us when you may need someone to vent to, we're always here to listen and be there for you. X

Nicole, I'll send the tracks this morning. I think if the bleeding has gone brown and lightened all should be well but the worry is crap. Did yiur doc say what she thought the pain was? I wonder could you have a cyst?

Nicole~ When I was pregnant with my son, I had a day or two of bleeding/spotting/some pain and it was his twin spontaneously aborting. (I didn't even know I was pregnant with twins until it happened). Maybe there's a chance it's one of the embryos not making it but the other one is fine? I obviously don't know but I thought I would throw that out there as an option. I hope you are feeling better. I'm thinking of you.
Ninde~ Have you tested? I REALLY hope you are pregnant.
Lauren~ still thinking of you.
AFM~ My sticks are getting darker. Yay! However, I'm thinking I'm developing a mild case of OHSS. Thirsty as hell, I look 4 months pregnant, and my ovaries are killing me. I was a little SOB (short of breath) yesterday but I feel better today. Scares me a bit. I think I will call today. Has anyone had any experience with OHSS and pregnancy? When does it get better? We canceled our Hawaii trip because I'm too nervous to leave. Little sad about the trip but this pregnancy and my health is more important at this moment. And our damn wine cellar that we decided to move a bathroom around and put in our hallway is eating up all of money anyhow... that's a whole different story!

Jayne - hooray for BFP! Sorry you are dealing with the OHSS. Its miserable. I only had it when we were doing the CCS so I wasn't pregnant when dealing with it. Gatorade and salty, fatty foods were on the menu for me per my clinic. Can't wait for your beta! I saw your wine cellar on FB - I'm jealous!
Patricia, you are so patient to not POAS! I would go nuts.
Laura...so sorry for the BFN. Thankfullt the FET costs much less so I hope you can try it soon.
Nicole - glad the bleeding is brown now. Much better sign. How are your cramps?
Afm - I can't believe I am 37 weeks with twins! Only 9 days until delivery.

I'm still crampy but it has gone down. Bleeding is still brown. My dr thinks my endometriosis caused the pain. I think it could have been a cyst rupture but we didn't see fluid on the us. We couldn't see the left ovary well. I think it is getting caught up in endo again.
Love the tracks, Patricia. Kudos to you for holding out on poas. When is beta?

Jayne- Bummer on the Hawaii trip but you know what is best! Over and over I blamed myself for the Chicago trip I took, of course doctor said there is no way to confirm the trip I took had anything to do with all that happened. Anything we can do to bring us peace of mind is always the way to go since we're been through so much already. Let us know what your doctor says about OHSS, I hope plenty of fluids and rest will ease the pain and discomfort. x
Kerpupples- Nine days and counting down! I have with much anticipation to "meeting" your twins!! Did you decide on names?
AFM: Home alone, thinking I have to get out of the house before I go stircrazy. Maybe beach but need to think about anniversary, we never celebrated last weekend.

LauraN -
I'm so sorry to hear your sad news. There's really nothing to be said just remember we are here for you all the time, just like Sunshine said, and we can't wait to be here for you also when you get your fantastic news.
Kynlee - Yes, we already moved to our OB (MFM). When is your next scan? Ours is on Wednesday and we're super scared - again!!!
Ninde - I am really holding my breath hoping and praying for your wonderful news this time around. I truly remember you and everything you told us here and I pray for you daily.
Nicole - Sorry about your scare - What Jayne suggested could be very logical and would immediately also explain the initial slow doubling time, that then adjusted itself. What is your most recent number?
Ker - Unbelievable indeed that you managed to carry the twins for so long! Well done! I'm still to find out the situation of our very little one - was lingering behind his/her twin during the last 2 scans...
Jayne - Unfortunately, yes. Both last pregnancy and this one I had OHSS during pregnancy. I remember this time better, here goes: started by being bloated like 5 months pregnant 4 or 5 days before beta, ovaries ached, skin stretched terribly, wasn't breathing properly, had poor appetite. On the other hand, I started suspecting and promised myself it's then all worth it! Then I couldn't sleep, don't even think of trying to sleep on your sides - if you have lower back pain, put a resistant pillow underneath your belly then try to lay on your side - no promises made. Don't it pastries. Esp. don't eat white bread! I just drank water, no Gatorade, and around the time of our first U/S at 6 weeks it was all gone, just in time to make me worried, but then we saw the heartbeats and knew we were okay. I bother you with quite a few questions sometimes, but since we don't know what's going on inside right now maybe you wouldn't mind me asking - how was it to have a vanishing twin? How early did you loose him/her? Do you think that after an 8 weeks scan I'd feel something or the twin would still just reabsorb?
AFM - Feeling hungry ALL THE TIME. I WAKE UP HUNGRY AND GO TO SEEP HUNGRY. was sick twice this week, but it's the hunger that is really difficult to handle at times - it hurts. U/S on Wednesday, we have no idea what to expect. News are, not only is 1 SIL pregnant at the same time now, the youngest SIL is too. She just told us today that they are 7 weeks 3 days. We are 9 weeks 5 days, and middle SIL (still 9 years younger) is 8 weeks 2 days. DH's parents are living a dream. We are a bit less ecstatic...

Jayne: hope I havnt im really sorry to hear about the ohs. I've only heard what everyone else has said - fluids either water or gatorade and salty protein foods. I think you should call though if you are short of breath.
Ker: im just grateful not to have had af yet. Im trying to visualise that phone call from the clinicwith positive news. 9 days to delivery, that is so amazing. Im sending you so much positive energy.
Nicole: glad you like the songs. What is your doctor suggesting? My beta is wed and im trying to do alot of relaxation visualisations and prayers and using my moonstone crystals for fertility!!
Christy: I say go with the cheerleader outfit!!!!
Waiting kay: thank you so much, I appreciate your thoughts so much. Bloody help that's a lot of pregnancy in your family and all so close together. Will you let us know how your scan goes and I'll keep you in my thoughts
Afm: had my hair done and going out to dinner. On sept 1 (today) last year I found out I was pregnant. I dont think i have ever prayed as much for the sameresult. The 2ww is very tough particularly when it literally is 14 days to beta! But when I can be relaxed its a lovely time too in terms of holding the hope that life is growing

Patricia- I did a lot of visualization during my 2ww. I saw a suggestion of placing one hand on your heart and the other on your belly all while visualizing implantation. I found that one to be very comforting.
Kay- my beta on wed was 707.
Sunshine- I agree with Patricia!

Amy~ I am so happy for you. You must be so happy to almost be done. That's great that you carried the twins this long. Are you doing a c-section or attempting a vaginal?
Nicole~ glad you're feeling better.
Sunshine~ it's so easy to blame ourselves for everything but in reality I think traveling has little to do it. I think I am canceling the trip more for my safety at this time because of the OHSS. And I'm a little bit miserable (not complaining; so happy to have a positive pregnancy) but no reason to spend money to be away from the comforts of my own bed and my doctor if a problem arises. My DH and I were married in Maui and then we went there 3 years laters for my sister's 40th party so 3x in 6 years (in Maui) seems like a lot even if I was 100%. Don't get wrong, a lot of fun people are going from our work so I know it would have been great. Oh well~ there will be more trips in the future. Good luck tonight with the game on.
Waitingkay~ this OHSS is the pits but I was relieved to hear yours was gone at 6 weeks. I was fearful it would be the whole 1st trimester and that scares me a bit. Regarding my twin loss... I honestly just thought I was miscarrying. Bleeding for a day, turned brown and crampy. When I went for the U/S, the twin was already absording. I was so relieved to see one heartbeat because I never thought there were two. And then later, I was a little sad for the loss. That's a lot of babies in DH's family. I can totally understand your lack of excitement. If this pregnancy continues (fingers crossed), I will have no competition in either family which I secretly like.
Ninde~ sending pregnant thoughts your way.

Jayne- I have had severe ohss in my first cycle but ended up in m/c but this cycle I had mild Ohss and Bhp. Ohss seemed to resolve around around 6w based on this cycle. Have u Been to re.... In the first ohss I had a hard time breathing, I looked 5 months preg, couldn't walk, pucking constantly....all the severe symptons ... I had. If u have a hard time breathing u might want to check with re to make sure fluid is not in ur lungs... Not to scare u. Drink lots of salty things...gatorade, soup ...etc. I needed to have fluid removed...once I changed re a year later we discussed this and they told me I should have been in ICU! I was a mess with that ohss!!
