hello everyone, i wanted to bring you up to date since things changed quite a bit since yesterday. I got a call from my doctors office yesterday asking whether I wanted to do another fresh cycle before xmas and of course I said YES. Therefore, I started BCP, double dose, yesterday for three days, I’ll start Lupron tomorrow and my stims on Nov 24th, with a tentative retrieval date of Dec. 3 and transfer of Dec. 6th, which is my birthday. Now what do you think about that, can it get any better. I am a little concerned now about getting a bfn before xmas, but if it’s going to be a bfp, that would be the greatest gift of all. So here it is …

2ndtimer: great follie count.

beachbaby: great, great, great, keep up those numbers.

good luck and baby dust to everyone.

Pumma,
that's great! Are you doing any acupuncture for this cycle?

Hi Ladies :)
I just got back from my iui and it went really well - the easiest so far. Got everything crossed for a few more BFPs here this month!

Beachbaby - i am thrilled for you! And what an incredible beta! Can't wait to hear the results of the scan!

Botheration - all the best with your test tomorrow! We'll be waiting to hear the results!

Mandyluckypants - hope you are holding up during the 2ww - but only 2 more sleeps!

Pumma - that is fantastic news!!! How exciting that you get to go much sooner than you anticipated! What a gift that will be for you at Christmas!

2ndtimer - hope that your scan goes well tomorrow! I am sure you are just coasting right now so that you don't end up with a case of OHSS. Sounds as though the follies are doing great!

Squeezan - we test the same day!!! glad I'll be able to share that special day with someone - the day we both get our BFP!!!

Well, we had our transfer today - they transferred all 6 embies we had. We were joking that we have our hockey team (we are Canadian) on board!! I am feeling much more positive today (I was pretty down yesterday). I am hoping and praying that this is lucky #8 for us! We'll be away on a holiday the week of our beta so hopefully we can be celebrating on our holiday!

Hope everyone is going really well!

Hi Ladies,
Well my u/s today showed over 10 big follicles on each side, they didn't count the smaller ones. My estrogen today is 4293! I haven't had follistim for 2 days now, just very small doses of the microdose lupron & microdose ovidrel. I'm feel like I could pop. I don't have OHSS, I know because I've had that before. Now I'm just really, really full and I just want them to take these follicles out. Maybe my hormones are playing into my feelings a little, but I'm really starting to feel a little down. I know everything is going great, but I'm just really tired & achy and I have to go in tom morning for the 8th blood draw in a row.
I'm sorry for whining. I'll shut up now. I'm just trying not to hit my husband with it all every day when he walks in the door.

Kelly, wow, 6 embies! I'm sending all my strong positive vibes to you! Would you like twins out of this? I would like twins, but of course will be extremely happy with one.
Botheration, Mandy & Magic -next week is coming up soon. Hope you guys are hanging in there. Squeez & Kelly, not that much longer for you either.
I'm hoping I get to take my trigger shot tom. I'm ready to get this party started!

2ndtimer: great, great, fantastic news, wow. i am so happy for you. yeahh, i can feel for you, sometimes i felt so full it hurt when i sat down and don't worry about venting, that's what we are here for, that's what i use the board for, not to complain to my dh all the time. i'll keep my fingers crossed, they'll take the follies out soon.

squeezan: thanks for updating the list, we could not do it without you. how are you on your 2ww. good luck and much baby dust to you and all the other ladies on the 2ww.

Magic Magin: welcome to the board and good luck for your test on saturday!!

kellym: wow six embies, congratulations. i did not even know they would transfer that many, but good luck for the next two weeks. i am sending a ton of baby dust for the whole hockey team ...

as for me, i just took my second double dose of bcp and will start lupron tomorrow morning. i am pretty excited, but i do have to say, the close i get to another retrieval date the less excited i am :(
