Hi ladies,

Dee - I also sent you my real name, but couldn't add you on FB yet because there were a few with your name. Try mine?
I agree with how you said it, that IS one moment I won't get back, better smile when listening to SIL and remember what rph researched, that ppl without infertility problems, balance it with lower IQ. And if it made you laugh last time, here goes again:
Today was MY shopping therapy, went with a friend, had great breakfast out and shopped nonsense while talking nonsense. It was the best!!!

Amanda - Ohhhhh........one more day! I am so looking forward to hearing about successful beans! Those beans will be appreciated in many continents! Please let us know! We're here with you.

rph - Dear! These ARE good news. Let's hope and pray for the best. It is not uncommon for in vitro maturation to take place and work out just fine! I believe the best until proven otherwise and will send you positive thinking!!!
I also feel down the minute I am not active. Also, the more active I am the more energized and capable I feel. Like I told Kamina once (I wonder how she's doing) I had to quit my job, also because it was over an hour drive and I was away more than 11 hours a day which was too much combined w treatments! But I miss my professional life a lot, and feel (how shameful) a bit envious of DH for going out to work, nicely dressed when I have to struggle to keep my eyes open in the mornings, esp. while on hormones...So yeah, up until now I felt wonderful compared to the same stage during my October cycle, and I filled my day and week with great stuff! Cooking, working out, meeting friends, gossiping about SIL, FUN stuff! I hope that next week, when I should start with the stims, that I'll get a lower dosage than the last time which has caused me OHSS, and that I'll stay active and won't feel the stupid urge to feel sorry for myself. It's gonna be a challenge, cause exactly on Monday, which is the day I have blood work, u/s and should SHOULD be starting stims, DH will leave for about a week :? hmmm. Like you, miraculously, I think I may need new.... boots. Just that very same day he's leaving. Maybe on the way back from driving him to the airport :D

To all of you! Good thoughts your way!!!

RPH - you crack me up - what if I fart ? - Well at least you will not have to smell it. Haa haa. I'm sure they have smelled worse. But you are like me, I worry about hundreds of little things. Sweets, I only will I could have. This morning I had homemade turkey sausage with green salsa. I dream of pancakes. You are already back at work. Wow. yeah 2 follies!

Trusting - I was working. I know I say I dont work but I dont consider working part time as working, as I had 3 jobs before. 1 full time and 2 part time.

WaitingKay, your SIL is so clueless. Tell her, yeah why don't we volunteer your husband. Is that your husband's brother? Im getting everyone's stories confused. That will shut her up for a while.

Tomorrow's the day! So as of today we have a 4-cell grade B and a 5-cell grade C and one of the originals is now 2 cells...hopefully they hang on to get back inside my uterus! I know the odds aren't great with the quality, but hey, it isn't a beauty contest and I've heard plenty of stories of people with perfect embryos not making it and terrible ones getting twins. I am feeling very hopeful, obviously for this cycle, but earlier this week we thought my eggs were such poor quality that IVF with my own eggs was impossible. Grow little embryos grow!!

Amanda-

We are all thinking of you! Stick little beans!!

K-
Have you considered acupuncture? I don't know how it is in Israel--I started going to a place where ALL they do is infertility/help with IVF type of work. Though I was certainly not symptom free, I felt much better this cycle than I did on my injectable cycle (and this one had 2-3 times more medicines). It really helped me to relax, which I think was key. I'm not good at that relaxing and breathing thing in general. Also, the day of my retrieval, they told me to buy a green cabbage, boil the crap out of it, and drink the water. Not tasty, but I really wasn't bloated or anything to bad after like I've heard from others. I can't wait to see your new boots!

Dee-
Good news on the levels! Can't wait to hear how Saturday goes!

Kamina-
Welcome back!

I'm praying and sending energy for all of us to be mommies soon! Any advice on this full bladder for the transfer thing?

Hello ladies!

Kamina - welcome back! How is everything?

Amanda - I added you on FB, and am waiting eagerly to hear how it goes :)

rph - Congrats on your embryos! I will keep on praying! I know all about how acupuncture should help, but I prefer reflexology. I am too uneasy thinking of the lill needles sticking into me and therefore never even tried. Actually in Israel alternative medicine is partially subsidized as an integral part of stately health care program - when practiced in stately clinics. We can have up to a certain amount of alternative treatments stately covered, but I never actually tried to use them in my general health clinic. I only once or twice tried reflexology when invited with friends for a spa day for my Bday, and found it very relaxing. I find it very hard to relax, especially when not working. I am happy when I'm being productive and even baking a really good cake makes me happy. Or simply having the house totally cleaned. So I do my best, and I think I haven't watched Oprah once since I quit my job! I get much more relaxed working out, I love fit ball training and Pilates. It works miracles for my mind. I thought like Kamina about cabbage cause I've tried the cabbage soup diet once and ended up constipating (sorry if TMI) for the entire week!!! Yuk it was an awful diet. Never gonna try it again.

Dee - Wow! Saturday is nearly here!!! Excited for you!
I have less than 3 more days till the RE appointment on Monday, blood work and u/s! I wish it would all go faster! And that I already knew when I'm gonna have my ER and ooooof. I just want to know everything will be alright.

Have a great day all of you,

Hi All,

I am new here. I have started my medication for my second ICSI attempt. First one failed. I would like to share my experience with others who are on the same boat. It feels good to share problems with others that can understand. Anyone, who feels like dropping a line is more than welcome!

Hello Trusting,

Here is where I am.

Jan 21st CD 22 started spotting called for Dr's appointment
Jan 24th CD 25 dr appt. Dr saw 1 follicle and said we could not start injections because I was already creating a follicle. Was told ttc naturally over the next 3 days. I was like WTF how am I ovulating before my cycle. I had just ovulated 2 weeks earlier??? Dr said I am out of sync. Other dr claimed I was not going to start my AF so ttc should be no problem.
Continue 2 mg of estr. and thenon the 28th start prometrium inserts.
TTC naturally that same night
Jan 25th CD 26 TTC naturally
Jan 26th CD 27 AF shows up as usual (yeah right it was not going to show up) I'm thinking how is anything going to happen when I am purging everything out.
Jan 26th CD 1 - 2x2mg estr
Jan 30th CD 5 2x2mg estr and prometrium insert
Feb 11th I am suppose to take a preg test - which I am sure will be a BFN  . If negative. stop prometrium and continue estr.
Then I am suppose to call for another ultrasound once I start bleeding. But this is where I am confused. If I keep taking the estr. I should not start bleeding right? Confused. Sorry, I just never took any bc meds before in my life.
