Debbie, well done on the job. A great boost to your confidence and a nice filip in prep. for Test Day!

Tracy, the only person I know on here who was using it (Emily Rose) stopped recently as she was self-administering it and had no support from her clinic on it. My clinic knew nothing about it (= depressing) but said they were OK with my taking it if I wanted. I didn't have enough time to do so + haven't had either a quantity nor quality issue yet.

Debra.

I was taking DHEA before I went to my RE and after my first cycle of IVF I asked him about resuming it. He said in my case absolutely NOT. BUT, that's because I have a problem with overstimulation. I produced and they retrieved 49 eggs my first cycle. My E2 was near 9000. I have read about it being used in women who have poor response though. Can you purchase mail order supplements? I got it from a company called Puritan's Pride where I get all my vitamins and Omega 3's.

Dear Debbieed,
How wonderful...new job and New Baby we hope. Just wanted to say."Way To Go." I believe I remember you mentioning that Wednesday without AF will be an excellent sign. Hoping AF does not show for 10 months.

Hugs & Love to you!!!!

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to let you know that my 2ww rollercoaster came crashing to and end yesterday on Day12 when my period arrived big time. Thankfully my DH arrived back before and as all this happened to me yesterday whilst working down in London at client's office he dashed down to gather me up and take me home.

Had big cry and we both are sad today but were not surprised by the result. I guess like everyone else you do invest some hope in achieving your own miracle even if the odds are stacked against you.

Just like to thank you all for your support and wishing everyone one on their 2ww +ive's.

Will be back in a while when I am feeling less emotional.

Nuala

Dear Nuala
I can empathize with your pain and am so sorry to hear of yours. I had a BFN yesterday. The day was spent in prettymuch a blur of tears and frustration and I was the hostess of my own pity party (only the DH was invited). Today is a new day and while we are not sure how to next proceed I have much to be thankful for, and I hope you will also awaken to a new day filled with new promises and roads to be discovered. Take time to grieve this dissapointment but do try to move forward with a new plan that you and DH will take, hand in hand.

Love and God Bless,
Wanda

Nuala,

Very sorry to hear your sad news today - most of us ladies on this site still have that desire to keep trying, some of us for the last time, some will try again but miracles do happen as we have seen with some PG ladies from this site and that's what inspires us. Take care and perhaps when you feel ready, come and chat with us again.

Nuala, so sorry it wasn't to be this time.

We'll be here when you're ready. Try to enjoy the break and time away from the pressure of tmt.

hugs

Hello All,
Nuala - sorry to read your news. It is REALLY hard when that happens. Just remember to be kind to yourslef and get some serious pampering in while you decide what to do next.

I'm still feeling pretty upbeat - thanks for the job congrats to all of you. I'm hoping that this is my lucky week. Silly time to change jobs really, but heh, I never like an easy life!!!

Keeping everything crossed that af doesn't show tomorrow otherwise I will be REALLY unhappy.

Take care all.
Love
Debbie

Nuala and Wanda,
I'm soo sorry to hear about your disappointment. I know that feeling all too well. I've never felt so lost and helpless in my life. It took me alot longer to recover than I think it should have but it's a necessary process. I hope yours doesn't take too long.
Katie and Debbie,
Wishing for AF free days for the next 9 months. Can't wait to hear about your BFP's!!!!

As for me, had my last HCG level and they think there may be triplets. Now my euphoria is filled with a panic that I will prematurely deliver them and lose them all. There's just always something to worry about isn't there? I'm just so exhausted between the worry and my new job. My MD's want me to see a perinatologist since I also have a heart condition and multiples may cause complications. One day at a time.

Lisa,
Thanks for the good wishes...It means alot.

My doctor did my first u/s when I reached 5,000. So you won't have long to wait for comfirmation. Take heart it can very likely be twins...very healthy twins. My thoughts and prayers are with you for the healthiest pregnancy ever!

Love & Hugs

Lisa, let's hope for twins but if it's triplets, you're not alone. There's a set of triplets due over on the Pg side. CarolineM if memory serves me correctly.

hugs
