Pocos- I know jumping my car off by myself must be the second hardest thing I ever had to do in my whole life. lol
Nothing like the thought of a battery possibly exploding if the wires don't match but hey that's why we have youtube. Yet preferance is finding road assistance or the next best thing...our mailman!

Ninde- Everytime I drive over to Gulf Breeze for my appts I think about acupuncture, well now I will begin to actually consider it. It's been a rotten year for us, so just to get in one IVF cycle before the year means so much. How are you doing overall, any further appts lined up for next steps?

AFM: After waiting forever and a day I am PLEASED to offically announce my acceptance into the IVF refund attain program! It's finally coming together for dh and me and I couldn't be more thrilled (well maybe IF this actually works!) :D :D :D Stimming begins October 4th, omg that's next week!

WonderCat - my DH has one brother and I've mentioned that he should get himself tested to see if he has the same problem as DH or not. He just got married in August - and I think that he would want to know (and his wife has a right to know too!). I told him that he should be tested BEFORE they start TTC. Why waste months and months TTC "naturally" if you know there could be a problem. He has blown me off, which pisses me off a LOT.

Christy - YAYAYAYAYAYAYAY! I'm so excited! October 4th is next week!

Christy - congratulations on starting! How many cycles is the program?

Ninde - doing good thank you for asking. Busy transitioning DS to preschool and taking care of 1 month DD. how are you? I am so sorry your latest attempt didn't work out. It's a bummer. Do they do donor embryos in your country? I know a lot of women in there 40s that have had sucesss with that.

Lyd10; ooh I'll bet that is a full time job!!! One clinic seems to do donor eggs but its is unbelievably expensive, twice as much but I'll ask when we go for our consultation. I wish I had more eggs

Leora – I know exactly what you mean with the “just adopt” thing. People think we can just go somewhere and pick a baby like a drive-through. Its not like that. I would love to adopt, I started looking into it and it seems IVF is easier than adoption. I am glad your appointment well. Thanks for the holiday wishes ☺

Kynlee – Thank you, I am going to need lots of prayers, I really hope it works this time.

Ninde – I was finally able to get an appointment with the therapist from the fertility clinic. It will be next week. Pheeeww finally an appointment. Are you doing a diet that restrict carbs?

Sunshine – LOL you are so funny! Now you will have to give your mailman something nice for Christmas ☺ Wow you will start stimming before me. I will start October 13 but that’s because I am doing a long lupron cycle. I really hope it works for us this time!

AFM – I am feeling better, haven’t cried since Friday, that’s great since I was crying everyday. I am taking the medicine the naturopath gave me and I think its working. I am more calm and was even able to take a nap after lunch. More accupcture tomorrow. Tomorrow is a big day, I will start with the Lupron again. Stims will start October 13. I really hope this cycle works. Ladies, thank you so much for all the help.

Thanks Ladies! I'm so relieved everything is finally coming together to cycle this fall. We got everything signed and it's official, I still cannot believe we are going through everything finally and yes it's really going to happen!!!!

Lyd10- We receive 3 fresh and 3 frozen but if no baby is brought home 75% of the money is refunded back. My payments would be like a mercedes benz payment for seven yrs but since I live in the state of Florida with no fertility benefits this is our best chance to bring home a baby and if not we'll press forward into adoption. One way or another a baby is coming home although I may be on social security by the time it all happens!

Gina- It's crazy the furbabies cost as much as your tickets but of course you have no other choice they're your precious furbabies. I'm so attached to mine as I was petting Blackjack tonight I thought back 9 yrs ago when we first got him and how small he once was when we brought him home from the animal shelter. Blackjack and Vegas are spoiled rotten!
I cannot wait for you to get resided to Georgia so I can chat with you more often. :D

Pocos- lol I saw my mailman from a distance today and I thought you know I need to send her some homemade cookies I remembered her name is Sandi so I'll have to think of something. I tried to pay her for helping me but she wouldn't take my money just said if you ever see a beat-up looking old woman stranded someday you'll know to stop and help her out. :D

Ninde- I will be following up with you on October 17th to see how everything goes with the followup. I know it's been a rough journey but I'm glad you are seeking the physican's opinion to determine your next steps.

Leora- I pray God's fate is for 2013 is for us to be mothers one way or another. Thank you for sending some positive energy this way!

WaitingKay- How are you doing girl?

Wondercat- Yes guys can be stubborn at times, yes especially when they are your brother!

AFM: Working crazy hours, but glad yesterday is over, today was better and tomorrow will be even more easier being that my boss is back in town. She told me today I did a great job with the store so she was in a good mood. I briefly chatted with her about IVF treatment and she confirmed that I would have to work a mininum of 35 hours . Said since I started the position in late July I might have one day eligible for paid vacation (prorated but she would have to look into this for me around 10/15) but we still get two days off so she told me she would sit down with me next week and look at the timeline with me for this upcoming cycle. I'm glad we have midshifts and closing shifts so the flexibility at work is good but I was hoping to get a week off paid or unpaid. She said being in the management positon I must work no less then 35 hours a week. Oh well it's going to be a challenging juggling the schedule not knowing whether we'll have a 3 day OR 5 day transfer but at least I won't have to close every night. I try to see the positive in everything and if I was with my last employer at the bank this would of been even harder so I'm feeling good my boss will work with me.

Hey all, sorry for being mia. I'm exhausted. Work is crazy hectic, my MS is kicking my butt, etc. time is flying by. Not much to say today.

Ninde, did you really say $65,000 to adopt a child from Florida? OMFG!

I hate the just adopt comments. One reason because it is a sucky process. The other is because I get annoyed that adoption is only for infertiles. When someone says you can adopt, tell them so can you.

Sunshine – Thank you so much! Please continue to pray for me.

Sunshine – I worked in a store before and I know how big of a pain it is to close the store. I am glad you wont have to do it every night. It’s a blessing your boss is willing to work with you. I think it is nice that you are going to be busy, time will go by faster and when you know you’ll get your BFP.

Nicole – I really hope you feel better.

AFM – Started taking Lupron yesterday (CD21), I hate the long cycle but it worked better for me than the short cycle (had OHSS and only 3 mature eggs). I am feeling better, I am soooo happy I don’t feel sad all the time. I haven’t cried since last Friday!! Its going to be a week without crying! I am so happy, I just wanted my life back to normal to continue this journey. I am still listening to the relaxation track Ninde sent me every night before bed (thanks again Ninde), doing acupuncture every week from now on, and taking the naturopathic medication (passiflora extract during the day and valerian extract at night). And I didn’t take the Lexapro!! I am sooooooo happy. The worse thing that can happen to us is anxiety/depression, it’s worse than any physical pain in my opinion. I also have an appointment with the therapist from the clinic next week.

Hello ladies

Christy: that's a shame about your not being able to have the time. I'm probably being uunrealistic but couldn't your boss make an exception.

Pocos: really glad you are feeling a little better.

Nicole : you sound shattered. Can you up meds? Yes $65,000. It's immoral

Afm : day 5 no car.bs except veg. Was like a junkie yesterday!!!

Ninde- I know it's seems unrealistic but I know she will work with me. We talked about IVF the day she interviewed me so she knows how important this is to me. I'm going to give her a chance to work with me this cycle so we will see how accomodating she is. I'm trying to stay stress-free as much as possible, today I was so low-key and laidback the girls probably thought I had a massage before I came into work. Well that would be nice but I'm saving a massage or treatment like that for a more stressful day. I realize meds play with hormones so much but this cycle I'm trying not to overthink it. I say this now but in a way work will be a good distraction for me.

Patricia, I've been taking my Xanax to help me sleep. I take it rarely most of the time, but did take it yesterday and today. I am considering asking my neuro for something for the MS flare, but only if there is something other than IV steroids. I'm not doing that. It's awful. It works in the big picture, but I can't deal with the effects of it right now. I'm trying to exercise and watch what I eat so that I can maintain control of something. Work is nuts but today was ok. Shattered is a good word. I'll pick up the pieces slowly.
