this sounds good to me, why does this have you worried??
As for me, well it's a very confusing situation. My E2 numbers nearly doubled!!! from 960 to 1,864 in 3 days!!! Yikes

I was told the closer they get to maturity, the more estradoil they release. My E2 numbers doubled aevery few days. I started with 87, then went to 300 something, then i think 500 and something, then 800 something, then 1800 and finally 2500 something i think

Your numbers sound great and I think your close- seems like you may have two more days, but Im no expert and this is my first time- I am just going by my numbers. You are stimming a little longer han me, but you also have one ovary so I have to think that makes a differance.

I think everything sounds really good- You would tell me to be posistive!You dotn sound negatibe, but you do sound concerned and I so undersand- But rememeber you just need one!!!! Thats what you told me and that very phrase has goven me such great comfort.

I triggered lastnight, had all today off, and tommorrow I have ER @ 7Am-
guess I will know real soon what im looking at- Im very anxious!

I am also feeling sick- not sure why but still suffering from allot of bloating and reatining water, but strangely my ovaries are mcuh calmer today and arent tugging on me- I did walk some, but ti feels better when I lie down- still staying away from salt, and switched from gatorade to pedialyte

Hi All!
I just turned 35 and this will be my first IVF. I don't seem to have a problem getting pregnant since I've been pregnant twice in the last couple of years, but one was ectopic and the other was a MC after 9 weeks. It only took me 3 months to get pregnant the first time and 7 months the second, but now it has been over a year. I had test done and so did my husband and we are both completely healthy, no problems at all, but I found out that my right tube is blocked. So, this is how we decided to do IVF.

I am currently on the BCP and on Aug. 25th I go in for BW and an ultra sound and then I should begin my stims also next week. My RE said we will most likely do the retrieval somewhere between 9/9 - 9/11.

Sorry for the full sentences and such. I'm not used to this sort of thing so I am not completely familiar with all the abbrev. Maybe one of you can give me a brief summary of what the most popular ones are?

Anyone on my schedule or close???

You're right that I'm not in a negative mood at all, concerned, yes.
My E2 numbers are very good and that's why I don't understand why my follies are not growing fast at all. It has me confused. If they don't start growing, I have to decide if we move on or cancel my cycle. If I move on, I'll just have one follie. And yes, it only takes one but I would be taking a huge risk because I could lose the egg if it doesn't fertilize and no backup. So, that's my dilemma. I'll take those 6 vials tonight ans see what happens in the morning.

Ladies Our time is near and we must remain positive. I as of Tuesday only have 4 measurable follies but I know there will be more come Friday so I am staying positive knowing it only takes one.

I just wanted to pop on your board to check on you. I am hoping you get the growth you are looking for with your follicles.
Did they change your protocol this time?
Although, so much can happen even in a 24 hour time period with follicles. I hope that 600 does the trick and everything looks great tomorrow.

Kimmy~ Thank you so much for checking on me. They didn't change the protocol but I think they're trying to really get things moving and they upped the dose just for tonight. I hope there's a big change tomorrow too.

Hello ladies,
Sorry I am just getting around to posting. I am home from ER and everything went well. They retreived three mature eggs(I only have one ovary). So I am waiting for a phone call in the morning praying they fertilize. We did ICSI so i hope it works. My doctor knew I wouldnt produce alot of follices so he was happy with three mature eggs. I told the nurse that God had already answered one prayer (I prayed for at least two mature eggs) and I was looking for Him to answer again with atleast one if not two fertlizing. I will post tomorrow when i get a call. Please pray for fertilization and I will be praying for you ladies as well =) Hope you all have a great night!!

Val Thanks for the reassurance, I talked to Ghost and IVFnurse too and they both said eggs are microscopic and the Lupron is preventing an early release, so I feel much better.

Soready Welcome to the thread! If you look back a page or two there is a list in color of who is where during their process, that might help to find someone who is close to your dates. You can copy the list and add yourself as well. I don't know how to put links on here but on the main message page there is a thread about abbreviations!

I got my fertility report today and out of the 9 eggs 7 of them fertilized. I am anxiously awaiting the ET on Fri. Good luck to everyone!

Shellbell - That is a great fertility report. Maybe you will even have the bonus of freezing some.

Val - We need to have Emeril come and talk to your follies. He can say "BAM!!! Knock it up a notch" so your follies will grow a little faster. Though it does seem that you are coming along and your E2 level looks good. Good luck and be careful out there with old FAY coming.

toobee - GL on ER tomorrow. Hope they get lots and lots of good eggs.

I am just waiting for my Fert report. The should be calling my by noon cst. I think my DH is even getting excited now, he even wants me to give him a call when I find out the FERT report. I was kind of surprised about that, I know he cares but he usually hasn't asked too many questions with what was going on. I guess since we have gotten a little farther this time he is getting more hopeful.

Soready~ Welcome to our thread...I'm sorry I had missed your post. Best of luck on your first IVF and we'd be very happy to help and support you along your journey.
For the abbreviations, you go to the general forum and the second sticky is the list of all the abbreviations. When I first joined, I was totally lost as far as this new language but you'll get the hang of it soon.
Also, most of us have a signature telling the others what's going on and what we're doing. For that you have to go into your profile and you can write anything you want.

Chris~ I need all the help I can get at this point and that sounds like a good solution. It's neat that DH is anxious about finding out...can't wait to see as well!

Shellbell~ That is fantastic to have 7 out of 9...EGGsellent!!
Hope you get lots of blasts...one more hurdle you went over, the finish line is in sight!

I'm anxiously waiting for my meds and I hope they get here by 10:30am so I can get my injection, which will be almost 2 hrs late and then rush to RE's office which is about 1hr away...Somehow my race has had a few hurdles added without my knowledge

Hey everyone, Ok went to the RE today.....B/W, U/S. All of my follicles are (approx) between 10mm and 12mm, the left ovary is responding well with a leader of 14mm. I'M ready to burst though and I'm not on the garnelix yet I'm still waiting maybe on my next app. which is Sat.

Val I did ask about OHSS and i"m fine but thank you very much for your input.
I'm dreading going to work tommorrow I really don't feel up to the jiggly feeling I'ma have getting in and out of the squad and going into people's home. Oh well.....gotta go.

Well that's all I have to say about that I have to get some sleep..... not sleeping well at all....... 3rd night without sleep.

JJJake-I think we are close to each other in our cycles! I went to the RE today also, my follies are mostly 12-14, one lead is 21, they are just going to let that one go, there are enough others. I started stimming on 8/14. What type of work do you do?
