Hi girls and happy spring break to all the teachers and mommy's of school aged kids. It has been a busy week but I have been reading and following along
Gina Huge congratulations on the boys and they are beautiful!! and what great weight on both of them!!! I am wishing you a speedy recovery
Blair welcome and it is so great to see you on this side!!! I can't wait until your u/s and I too am guessing maybe its more than 1 in there
Mellow I am so glad Marlo is doing well and I hope the lake helps you recharge your energy a bit. I love the middle name Joy!
Margi I am so sorry you are having SCH and have to be on bed rest for 4 weeks but please be careful and stay resting as much as you can. Please try not to worry most twin mommy's here have had SCH and all of us I think including myself have had bleeding episodes. My last bleeding episode was at 12 weeks and all is well so try to relax and visualize everything going well...Hugs you are always in my prayers sweety
Lou in my first pregnancy (granted that was years ago and I was in great shape back then...lol) I did not look pregnant until 28 weeks so being in shape will keep you looking not pregnant way longer.
KJM you had me rolling laughing with your comments on maternity clothes because it is so true..lol I have double D boobs and just have to wear a tank top under most maternity tops otherwise it just looks like I am trying to showcase the girls.... I actually ab buying non maternity tops but ones with loose belly and in bigger sizes and it has really worked for me so far.
Leora I understand what you mean about struggling with faith but in the end it will come back to you because I am sure it is a part of who you are you just have to give yourself time to heal emotionally and I am sure once you are holding these beautiful babies in your arms your faith will come back like a flood
Karenvancouver I know how scary it is to always worry but try no reading about those things (2nd tri m/c) and keep telling yourself that everything will be ok... I obsessed at my Anatomy scan and was so scared to find out something is wrong but I think that is in our nature (having gone through years of infertility and getting bad news) but as Sonya said in earlier posts "more babies turn out ok than not" and I guess that's what I try to tell myself...so maybe it'll help you too
Barbara and Leora I have been such a cry baby these past 22 weeks...lol the other day my DVD player broke and as DH was trying to fix it my computer stopped working and all of the sudden I became 5 years old again bawling my eyes out that "nothing works for me" it was actually embarrassing. I have had another incident where something really funny happened and I was laughing so hard I started to cry and this went back and forth for a couple of minutes...I am surprised DH does not think I am crazy yet...lol
AFM All is going well. Had my OB appt yesterday and I am measuring right on schedule and great news....Our placenta previa has resolved so we now got clearance to ...um... be intimate again after 22 weeks of abstinence...lol so I have a question especially of you girls who have abdominal cerclages and are having your cervix monitored..Do you get any kind of bleeding or cramps? is it ok to "o" I mean my ob seems to think its ok but I am nervous to try...lol I mean I want to try just don't want to regret it. I would appreciate any suggestions.
