The same thing happened to me. I took my shot in my abdomen. No .pain and everything was fine. Where did u take yours at?

I did another hpt and it was positive again! I am 10 days past three day transfer!

Donna, Sounds like a definite BFP to me. 10dpt. It should definitely be accurate unless you had an HCG at transfer. The one before retrieval should definitely be out of your system. Congrats hon! I'm looking forward to the BETA confirmation!

I was suprised when I got my HCG shot too. It was my first shot that I did in my butt instead of my belly. I was really expecting it to hurt, but it didn't at all. My husband and I made a huge production out of it and when he did it I didn't even know. I'm sure your fine Vlada! Good Luck

Hi,
i just got back from the doctor this morning. i have lots of follicles,the biggest one being 19. I was really hopeing they woudl say I don;t have to do another repronex shot this morning but I do.....They are saying ER will be Wednesday. I nervous about taking another repronex shot this morning as it will cause the follicles to get too big and increase my risk of OHSS?I'm i just being silly?I'm feeling very blaoted and anxious.Any feedback would be great,thanks !

I got another BFN on the pee stick. This is pretty much confirmation for me. They have always been positive by now. Looks like it is over. Am feeling more devastated then ever. I am so thankful for your beautifu lhearts and could not be doing this without you all.

I hope to be seeing some of you in the June buddy thread. I will take a little time off the boards as my heart is too broken to even write now. Feel like I'm losing my little girl all over agian.

Love you all so much and I will be back. You are all in my prayers.

Daly i am so sorry hun i have stayed away because of that reason. Hope it is a better result tomorrow.

Sugarmama Keep drinking lots of water. They will know what they are doing. have they been testing your blood as well to check your E2 levels??

Well i went ahead and did the repronex shot,I'm driving my husband crazy.Yes they drew my blood this morning so i will hear from them this afternoon. i know they are professionals But I'm really bloated and dont want to get any bigger!!My biggest follicle was at 19 so i guess I still have some growing I need to do huh?Anyway I will try and stay positive and keep drinking lots of water.Thanks!

sugarmama - I had one follicle this time that measured 24 while the others were 14, 15, etc. They still had me do one more day of stims which made all the difference. They hope to get multiple follicles at least 18-19 in size plus your blood levels have to coincide in order to have you do the trigger shot. So hopefully you won't have to stim much longer! Hope you have many follicles with lovely eggies! Good luck!

Hello,
So i went to the doc office today and the nurse said that it was ok not to feel anything (we had to do my HCG shot in the butt). I have a ton of eggs , so I am not looking forward for the ER recovery as I know it will be panifull, I am so bloated I can barely walk and seat, my follies are between 18 mm and 21 mm, so I am ready, very nervous, but ready. I hope I won't have a panic attack right before the procedure.

So, sugarmama, it is ok that you are bloated, part of the process I guess

Daly, you have to wait and see untill the blood work, don't give up just yet.

Hi,
The nurse just called with my blood results and she said I'm ready to trigger tonight with the ER being Tuesday!!!!Now I'm really nervous!!!Any advice for the trigger shot at 12 am tonight?Do you feel any different after the tigger shot?It's getting close now...I need to stay calm and not get myself all worked up!!!Thanks so much for any advice,you girls are all SO nice nad helpful!!!!

Daly~ Don't give up...wait and see what blood test says. I have a friend who had all bfn's on hpt's and blood test said she was preggo...so don't give up hope.

Vlada~ My hcg shot didn't hurt either, it hurt like hell the next 3 days. We did ours in my stomach, wonder why so many of you are told different.

Jodi - I felt fine after my trigger shot until the morning of the ER. I started feeling lots of pressure in my ovaries since it was close to the 36 hour timeframe when the Ovulation would occur. Best of luck to you on Tuesday!

Vlada - Most of the Fertility places will give you a mild form of Valium prior to the ER to help calm you and the muscles. Hang in there. It's over rather quickly but will take a few days to feel better. My ovaries did not get smaller after my ER so I was uncomfortable for a week. But I am sure you will be just fine. We are here for you! Wishing you the best!

JesJes - I had to do my HCG shot intramuscularly which makes me wonder why some Dr's want it that way and some just in the tissue. I guess as long as works it doesn't really matter
