Not sure if i should be joining thread now or wait until I know when I'm starting next cycle of IVF. I'm seeing my consultant again on Tues (5th Apr) and am hoping to start treatment as soon as I can i.e. this month.

Hope all is going well with everyone out there. Sending +ve vibes to you all.

:lol: Hi all,

Hope u r all doing fine.
Been to clinic today, had my second pelvic scan and all was ok so we are starting puregon tonight, 200iu, is this a lot or medium range?

Going back wednesday for a scan and see how i get on with drugs and so on...it seems that i will only be on puregon for 10 days but depending on how i respond to the drugs.

Haven't got a date for EC or ET, may be next time.

So working sunday and then off for 6 weeks for some well earned rest!!!!Already got hairdresser and day out at spa booked for a chill out!!!!

Keep you posted and hope to hear some of your news too.

Hi all, Picked up my injections yesterday. Looks like I starting my 500ul suprecur injections on the 4th now. The needles HUGE :shock: Get my first scan on the 15th before I start the the gonadtrophin injections too. :( looks like it's all on the go now. I do hope it all goes well.

Hi everyone. I started taking puregon on 31/3/05 & am booked in for scan on 9th April. I would love to join the thread, as it is good to know there are other out there in the same situation as me :lol:
1st IVF 04/05 -ve
2nd IVF (FET) 06/05 -ve
FET July - cancelled as embryo did not survive
3rd IVF (stimulated cycle) - no embryos!
4th IVF 02/06 -ve
January 07 - went interstate to a new clinic and got BFP!!!!!!!

Hi Molly and Welcome!

You and I are just a couple of days apart in our treatment. It's kinda nice to have so many kind and understanding people to share this experience with.

You will find much wisdom amongst the women in this group.....along with plenty of craziness and laughter.

A few days away from the boards and what a lot of action :lol: .

Welcome to Molly, Pauline and Kagome and best wishes to you all - you've landed onto a great site for info, laughs, tears and support.

I had my 6th buserelin inj. this morning. Going ok so far. Each day I keep waiting for signs of side effects but I know it is still pretty early. Should be getting AF any time now. My clinic said that it shouldn't be anymore painful than normally is, just might last a bit longer and the whole point is to a have as near a complete shed of your womb lining as possible. Does this sound about right?

Scan 14/4/05 to hopefully give go-ahead for stimming (will use either GonalF or Menopur - they'll decide on the day, based on response), couple of scans thereafter and then if all goes according to plan, EC Mon/Tues 25th/26th April. 2WW last week April & 1st week May.

Hope everyone else is progressing nicely :D

I'm off to check-out what's been happening on the other threads - and then off into the garden to enjoy the sunshine while it lasts 8) 8)
