Hiya Ladies,

Bella, how did you go with your scan yesterday???

MissMolly, sorry I have no idea on your Q... I can take a guess though...it was a sign that the implantation was succesful.....ye-p that's gotta be it ;)!!

Josie, 2:30am Sunday morning in Melbourne right now. Hopefully Tilly is sleeping peacefully and you are resting well too. My move? We had a man from relocation company come on Friday to provide quote and give us boxes but we have not started packing yet. We did however sort out CDs that we no longer listen to and took them to a recycling shop (we had approx 70 CDs to get rid of, fig that one out!!). We also tried to sell videos but they wouldn't take them..... fair enough considering they were UK comedies without Japanese subtitles he-heh.

Angel, it's so lovely to hear from you, I love your ticker, v.cute. You must let us know what you saw at your scan too - please!!

Belinda, you would have made your grand announcement by now, how lucky are you :). Me on the otherhand, first day of AF visit, very dissapointing. Only Day 25 as well, what is my body playing at?

Cheers, Tiger

Hi All,

I haven't been on in a while, but it was nice just catching up on all the recent posts.

Missmolly - it's not long to go now until the test....how exciting! How are you felling now?

Angel - how exciting to see your little baby for the first time! What an exciting journey you have ahead. Only 3 weeks to the 12 week mark - I'll keeping sending good vibes your way til then!

Tiger - I bet I would have liked some of those 70 CDs (I love listening to stuff noone listens to anymore, like Milli Vanilli!!!!).

Belinda - How did the announement/s go! I'm so excited for you :-)

I go for me EC tomorrow afternoon. I had to wake up at 2am for the bloody trigger injection this morning...what a pain! The scans show a lot of follies, though not all are around the size they would like for EC. Also, I had to take a lower dose for the Trigger to try & prevent me getting sick again, so I'll just have to wait & see tomorrow how many little potenial mini-Bellas we have! If all goes to plan, the test date will be the 17th....yikes.

Bella.

I am feeling pretty yuck at the moment. I feel as though I'm having a bloodless AF. I don't know what to think!

Ohh MissMolly, that's a truly tragic joke!!! :D
When is your test day by the way??..And I'm with Tiger, I reckon the mucousy situation is good news. My theory: when you're pregnant you form a mucous plug at the top of the cervix which essesntially "closes" the uterus for the duration of the pregnanancy (this is what becomes loose and breaks away just prior to labour when you have a "show"). I reckon that this was the extra stuff from plug formation..Just a theory, but hey, you never know your luck in a big city??..

Bella, good luck for egg pick up, do let us know how it all goes and what your haul is..I have everything crossed for you!! :D

Yep, wer're now officially 12 and a bit weeks, we decided against grnad announcements until we get through the nuchal fold on Friday..do STILL waiting!!!..feeling tired and sicky, so hopefully all good signs..

Tiger, af can SUCK big time. So sorry that she's arrived. Good luck with all of your packing and organising..can be a great way to get some order in your life hey??

Take care all

Oh MissMolly. Try to keep up the PMA. There is someone on this board (fingercrossed) who has recently gone through the same thing as you - full blown AF but a BFP when she did the test. It's not what you expect, but it can happen, and has happened a lot to women on this board. Try to keep positive until the test. I will still have everything crossed for you....

Hi Ladies,

MissMolly, I am not sure how to express my disappointment. I am so sorry... I am with Bella and Bel though, keep faith until you do the test tomorrow. {{{hugs}}}

Bella, hope everything went well on your EC.

Belinda, yea yea, af SUCKS. My faulty tubes suck. Everything about this suck suck suck :( . On happier note, I am sure your scan will go perfectly on Friday and finally the announcement. Is this when you can tell sex of the baby btw?

My mum is here at the moment, she flew in on Sunday, will stay with us until 12th. As for our relocation, we should get a definite timeline to shift to UK this week - I am now getting excited, finally ;).

Cheers, Tiger

Hey gals,

Tiger, how lovely to have your mum with you, can she help with packing? The scan tomorrow is the nuchal fold scan, so they look for downs syndrome, they tell the gender at the next scan (about 19 weeks). We would love to find out the gender this time (as we did with Annie). Was great knowing, meant we could set up the nursery etc etc.

MissMolly, have you tested yet this morning??? Do let us know how it pans out won't you??

Bella, how did egg collection go?????????????

Take care all

Missmolly - I am still holding hope for you. I will keep everything crossed, and wont give up!

EC went ok - but I can tell you, doing it under local instead of General is a real fight! OMG the pain.....

Anyway, it was quite nice cos DH was there with me the whole time. I kept thinking this is what labour will be like....it got my hopes up! I was a bit silly on the happy gas they gave me, and desparately wanted DH to kiss me half way through my painful ordeal. The scientists are in there as well, and tell you how many eggs they have as they collect them, and they put them up on the screen for you to see. It's all very involved which is nice.

I ended up with 8 eggs collected, and just got the call this morning that 6 fertilised. I am so pleased. Now we just have to hope that at least 1 survives til Monday for the ET.

Feeling very sore, and worried for a second last night that I was getting huge again, which is when I got sick last time with OHSS. But all seems ok....

Missmolly - please try to stay positive. I will be thinking of you all day...

Bella.
