btw Lisa, had 2 follciles with clomid, other natural iuis only had one!

Largest follicle was 16mm

So clomid didnt really make them bigger just gave me two, and for all i know only one of them might have ovulated!!

Julie - Not long now until your clinic appt. Yes clinic is right, anything under 8 they class as good, they say mine should be around 4 or 5, but its 12, so not so good, but I can't do anything about it so I just have to accept it. I have bloods done again tomorrow, they just want to do a few before tmt in Oct, let’s just hope it doesn't decide to rise again like it did last time. Glad you had a nice break hun..... Take Care

Kate - How you doing? Sorry but didn't realise you were down regging, lets hope you get to EC/ET before start of term. If not can you take some time off so soon into the term or will you have to work.? I will have everything crossed for you hun. Sorry can't help with the acupuncturist, hope you find one. Jen - Hi sweetie - Oh bless, are you sad that you are moving from Glasgow or are you happy that you are setting up life somewhere else.? Jen I am sure you will look gorgeous in your wedding dress, I know the drugs make us put on a few pounds, but you'll look lovely. Your sis was prob just a bit huffy as she wanted to see you get married and share your happy day. Glad the rest of your family have taken the news well. A big hello to anyone else I've missed...

As for me, not much to report really... Going for FSH test again tomorrow, still haven't got results back from when they did tests for recurrent miscarriage. I am quite positive about those thoughts, I think I was just VERY VERY unlucky to have 2 miscarriages, I don't think there is a medical reason for it, but hey I could be proved wrong...... I am getting excited for October, but also very nervous, this will be my 4th cycle and obviously I want this to be the ONE... but I can't help thinking it may not be and then I have to keep going, but the think is I still don't have the money for this cycle yet, never mind anymore cycles I may need........... It stinks that I can't get at least ONE free go. But hey, I'll get the money and let’s hope I get a staying positive too...

My brother is in the army and lives in Germany, so don't get to see him that much and my 2 nephews who are just adorable, they are 4 and 2, well he is home at the moment, so I have been spending quite a lot of time with them and it has been lovely I miss them so much. We all went out for a meal, me, my sister and my brother, my sisters daughter and my brothers two children, I couldn't help feeling really jealous, they were talking about their children and sharing so many funny stories, I had to sit there and listen, I just wished I had a baby or least knew I was expecting one... I feel very empty and like something very big is missing in my life..

Right off to watch rest of BB - can't wait for Friday - I think Glynn may pip it now... glad Nickii went back in - I didn't like Grace, but I wished she'd of told Ash about HER SELF..............

Kate good to see you back on here, and you are on the down reg already that’s great news, shame about the timing with the start of the new term, hope you sort it out ok. I wanted to use my acupuncturist before and after ET and she offered to come to my clinic to do it but the clinic wouldn’t let her, which was a bit annoying. Have you found one yet?

Jen it sounds like its all go your end, you must be worn out, at least you have a house now even if its not your dream home, at least you can make it seem like home for a few years. Good for you on your wedding, I got married in St Lucia last year and it was just the 2 of us as that was what we wanted, we upset a few people but we had the best day possible and never regretted it for one minute.

Nicki sending hugs your way. When are you going to the clinic for a follow up appointment to discuss your next options? You will get there and all the pain that you have gone through just disappears.

Lucy have you had your results back yet.? It will soon be October, its all so nerve racking isn’t it, exciting but scary. Glad you had a good time with your nephews, I can imagine how hard it is for you. It will be your turn and just think how different the family events will be then.

Please don’t let Nicky or Pete win BB, my vote goes to Glynn. I know Nicki is funny but she would drive me insane!!!!!

My Baked Bean is apparently the size of a strawberry now but my stomach certainly isn’t, (I’m not complaining!) virtually no clothes to wear now so ordered a pair of maternity trousers and will get more stuff shortly.

I am not going to my Mums in Cyprus now, we thought long and hard about it but a Midwife my Mum knows who use to work in an IVF clinic said that they advised people not to fly before they were 14 weeks just in case anything happened. As none of us would forgive ourselves if things did go wrong because I had flown, we decided not to go. I did try and change the flights but the company wouldn’t let us, neither would they give us any money back. But hey I wouldn’t change what has happened for the world.

GAIL - O pregnant one!! Glad you are well and your baken bean has flourished into a strawberry...I understand what you mean about the flying to your mums. We went to a hotel/pub in the country (20 mins away from home but could be 100 miles). Love it.

Hope everyone else is ok...BB FINAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN'T WAIT but I REALLY REALLY REALLY don't want Ash to win. Anyone but her. Devious and scheming....

As for me - we had some difficult news this week as in my mum, who had breast cancer 6 and a half years ago has had a routine mamogram and they have found another lump. We are all hoping and praying it is a cyst but won't know for approx 1 to 2 week...she is considering going private, and I think she should....Say your prayers for us.

Lucy - hope you are ok and feeling alittle brighter. I know how you feel with the nephew thing. Now I have a niece, nephew and 3 god children ( 2 of which are my niece and nephew) and every time I see any of them it reminds me of that big void in my life that I so want to be filled by having my own precious bundle. I have a fab life - fantastic dh, great family and friends, good job and social life and lovely home but it doesn't stop that feeling that something is missing .... I know where you're at . I'm fine, have a bad feeling about this cycle but not sure why. Don't feel anything apart from mild cramping low down yesterday for most of day but knowing me I've just imagined it and imagined its something to do with implantation. Fully expecting AF next weekend. (sorry for zero PMA )

Liz I will be happy with a peach!! Its strange that the sizes are described by fruits, apparently my uterus is the size of a melon (how nice!!) Sorry your feeling a bit down about this cycle, its so hard to keep up the PMA all the time, but you have to believe that it will be your turn very very soon. Sending bucket loads of PMA to you.
