Please, PLEASE don't say the "q" word!!

During the exam, the doctor actually mentioned that she sees OHSS at this stage in twin pregnancies, but she couldn't guarantee anything.

I could just do without the OHSS. It hurts - and I'm HUGE! It's like I'm getting a preview of what I'm going to look like in a few months. I'll be asking Santa for stretchy pants for Christmas!

Jeck - Congratulation!!!

I am sooooo happy for you ... wish you and your DH a happy pregnancy and your little one doing well.

Anna - I am keeping my finger crossed for you ... I am sure everything will turned out fine. My friend had a very low number on her beta as well, and her RE had prepared for the FET. Well ... she turned out positive and has a pretty baby girl.

brit10 - That's a very good number. Like Jeck, I am thinking of more than one in there.

cmoscar - Good luck for your test tomorrow. I will wait for the official to congratulate you ... I am sure 'Congratulation' is what I will say the next time. Waiting for your good news.

Yeap! The 2ww is really hard and longer than it is.

Hi girls,

I'm Em, I think I've met most of you before. I have just had my EC for my first IVF cycle (I've had 3 failed IUI's) and am due for ET tomorrow. I always find it helps to have other 2ww-ers to sympathise with.

I got 13 mature eggs yesterday and today they told me that 11 fertilised. As I am new to this I'm not sure if thats good or not. I will have 2 put back tomorrow morning and freeze whatever else we have. I'm not sure what grade they are all are, but will ask all these questions tomorrow. My EC was under a GA so I was to drowsy to ask any questions yesterday.

I hope that everyone is well. I have read over the last few pages to work out where everyone is and it looks like you have had a lot of strong BFP's! I love your list and would love my name to be added Jeck if you can. My test date will possibly be oct 30th, but I'll find out for sure tomorrow.

omg, i feel like death.

i don't know if it's the ohss or the ridiculous amount of hcg in there, but i feel horrible!

i'm soooo nauseous one minute and fine the next. the high sodium stuff i'm drinking for the ohss upsets my stomach. when i go in the bathroom i don't know whether to sit or kneel!

i've been up since about 4am and just had chicken soup for breakfast...which has settled my stomach for now.

ugh, ugh, ugh!!!

Congrats Brit!!! That is so awesome!! Now you have to wait even more for the 1st scan!

I hope your OHSS gets better soon.

I am only 4 days into 2ww and I started feeling my ovaries cramping a bit. It's really only when I am up and moving around at work. Trying to take it easy but it is so hard!
Maybe it's just my swollen ovaries trying to go back down...I did have alot of follies.
Other than that I'm hanging in there...hoping for a BFP next Saturday!

Brit- I hope you feel better soon, OHSS sounds awful!

Well, my 2ww is not going well. I have had cramps yesterday, last night, and this morning. The kind of cramps that tell me AF is on her way. I'm really scared, I go for bloods today. I'm going to try really hard not to cry while I'm there! I'll talk to you guys later, take care.

Jenn, I've been crampy since the transfer. The ART nurse told me it's a side effect of the progesterone shots. I know it's hard, but try not to worry yourself too much.

Jenn, I have heard of tons of ladies who cramp and think AF is coming and even start bleeding but are still pregnant!
Try not to worry too much about it...

Sorry, I have not posted in a few days but I have been on bedrest after my transfer and could not get to my computer. Jeck, congratulations, that is wonderful news you must be so excited. Do you have any symptoms yet? Did you tell your family? I am so happy for you.

Brit10- Those are fantastic numbers. Congratulations!!!

cmoscar - Good luck for your test tomorrow. I will say a prayer that your numbers shot up.

Welcome to all the new ladies.

Sorry for so few personals I do not mean to leave anyone out but I have tons of posts to catch up on and will post some more personals later.

As for me my transfer went well. We had nine embryos that fertilized Six of which my RE said were perfrect and of equal quality. He put back two on day 5 and we froze the other 4. The other three were not as good and I do not think they made it to freezing but I will find out more today. I have to go to the Dr. on Thursday for blood test to check on my estrogen levels (I honestly do not know why but he said that he continues to monitor even after the transfer so if I need extra estrogen I can take some kind of pill). I am not sure when I test yet. Is it 2weeks after transfer even if you transfer on day 5? Does anybody know?

I had a Day 5 Transfer on a Monday and was scheduled for my pregnancy test the following Friday.
