I did a HPT to confirm 16 days ater tmt and it was def a negative.
I am going to have a few days off the boards just to let everyone know. As you all may or may not know I have to keep going with back to back donor insems because the 8 vials we have left needs to be used up by next June - that was one of the conditions of its use so we cannot afford to have time off. In one way its good but in the other it means you have to stay strong as only 10 days in between each cycle to get over the previous BFN (as bloods start 4 days before) so I need to get myself on an even keal before facing no. 3. I feel ok but could do with a week to try and forget this whole business (I'm sure you all know how I feel) and just be me again. My liver is certainly thanking me for all the tmt - haven't drank really in 2 months (apart from my hols after 1st BFN).
I'll drop in on you all over the next week or so but won't post. Thinking of you all, I'll be back before you know it!

Had meeting on Tues. Went ok. Knew most of stuff anyway. Have to wait now for appt to come through to start. Should be weeks, not months !!! Wahhhoooo. We are on the move. I do have to have a smear first and a bit cross they didn't tell me before as cannot have til 19 Sept and could be 3 weeks til result comes back. Looks like I may be a November buddy!!

I am moving next week Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! The stress factor is getting to me trying to get everything organised and the house spankin clean...to honest i am on schedule. It's just my brain ( or BRIAN as we dyslexics call it) just won't switch off...keep thinking of all the things i need to do before i leave Glasgow. You'd think i was moving to outer Mongolia instead of a quiet wee sleepy village. I have been winter clothes shopping like mad cause it's a fair drive to the good shops from Forrees to Inverness. I am really spoilt here in Glasgow have 3 mega shopping centers on my doorstep ( well within 10 mins drive) and then there's Glasgow City itself...wow! I could shop til i drop there.( if i had the money of Posh)
I have my consultant appointment on the 22nd so need to come the 3 and Half hour drive back down to Glasgow to see him. I don't mind though...Adam and i have decided to tempt fate and have another shot of ivf in November. NOT october as planned i hope to get settled first before sujecting my body and soul to the brutality of another ivf cycle. If it's a positive i don't mind at all getting married being pregnant and if it's a negative it means i will have dec jen and feb to burn the post ivf hormone flab off. I am gonna be a NOV-EMBIE again...1 year on! Her's hoping that brings me tons of PMA and BABY DUST...
Anyway i am off now...i will catch ya' ll with my new e-mail address on the other side...i.E. FORRES. So i am off line until addam gets the e-mail/broadband up and running again.

Sorry, I havent posted so much of late, just been busy and to be honest trying not to breathe sleep and eat fertility and getting on with other things in life, it boggs ya down, i know u all understand!! Especially after a BFN and this month has been pure hell, my head all over the place!! so get away from it is good!!

Just updating you. Had my EC yesterday and got 11 nice eggs of which 8 have fertilised! I'm hoping to have ET on Monday as they will be blastocysts then and there should be a better chance of them implanting. If not they will transfer them on Saturday if they don't think they will go that far. Either way my pregnancy date is the 20th - bring on that BFP!!

Hi everyone, sorry I have not been around recently.
Lisa how are you doing? I understand needing time off the boards, it must be so tough going straight into the next cycle. It will all be well worth it though when you get that BFP.
Lucy that’s great that your FSH was 12, I know you would like it lower but the main thing is that its not gone higher. Have you had the Chromosome test back yet? You must be relieved about the miscarriage tests. This pregnancy and IVF stuff is all so scary, I wonder when the worrying ever ends! Good luck with the funding, a lot of it seems to depend where you live, I have seen programmes where couples already have one child and they still manage to get free goes for a 2nd baby. Its just so unfair, when I asked I was told we had no hope because my husband had children from a previous marriage but they also added that even if he didn’t we still wouldn’t get funding as there was no money! If your local MP is on the case I think you stand a good chance.
Julie roll on November, its not far away at all judging by the dark evenings! Glad your appointment went well and fingers crossed you get your next appointment through soon.
Kate I have just looked at your ticker, 10 days until pregnancy test. How are you feeling?
Nicki glad you enjoyed Robbie bet that was a fantastic day out. I am so sorry for all that you have gone through over the last few weeks, you will get there its just so horrible having to go through all the knocks first before you get that BFP
Jen hope the packing is going ok, you sound stressed but you must be mega organised to have got your winter clothes shopping all sorted. Looks like there will be a few BFP’s from the novembies and you will have a lovely little bump when you get married.
As for me I had my 12 week scan and baby is now 5.2 cm (not sure what fruit it is now!!) baby was fast asleep with its arms behind its head and legs bent up, it did wake up and move around quite a bit. I am nearly in my 2nd trimester now, I am hoping I will start to relax once I get there!

Need a bit of reassurance really. We got a phone call yesterday from our clinic to say that we had to go for our ET. Apparently our little embies were doing fine but not dividing as quick as they would want in order for them to go to blastocyst. Obviously they didn't want to risk none of them being viable so they transfered 2 five cell embies (good quality). The rest they are leaving to see if they do go to blasto and if so they will be frozen.
I'm just absolutely gutted that I had to have them transfered yesterday instead of Monday . I've got it into my head that these embies won't last as they never got to blasto stage and my PMA is really low.
Someone tell me I'm being stupid and that I can still get a BFP, I need to be positive and I'm not being very at the mo!

Kate – Remember I had a BFP (took a while to be sure, but she held on tight and is wiggling about at this moment ) with two not so good embies.
