Julie, sweetie I had mild cramping. Funny I was worried because i did not have implantation spotting. When i went to do the blood test today i asked the nurse about implantation spotting and she simply said some women get and some don't so don't worry your self too much sweetie. But i know its hard to do especially now that it all coming down to the wire. Just so you know, most women I know had the spotting when they had to BFP.

I am sending Supernatural Baby Dust Your Way.

Hugs
Tia

Hello girls,

How are you guys doing?

Jul1e: sweetie, I'm so sorry your body is giving you a scare! :( Look, everything is still possible. Even if it's not implantation bleeding, and it probably isn't because remember, most doctors agree it's the exception rather than the rule, but many pregnant women get spotting at the beginning. It can be caused by many things, and many of those causes are harmless. I know it would be more reassuring if there wasn't any, but it does not mean everything is over darling. And I'll totally understand if you do an HTP. And brown end-of-AF spotting is the "good" spotting. Hang in there darling, your test date is really approaching. *HUGS*

jen: ack, that fever! But sweetie, it doesn't harm the baby!!! Remember what I told you about Becleo! She had such a severe bronchitis that they even suspected pneumonia at some point, and she still got her BFP! Imagine what state she was in compared to yours! And her baby was still just fine. You can't go through 9 months without catching anything, especially with an impaired immune system, so many pregnant women still get sick with minor bugs and their babies are just fine. Don't worry sweetie, everything's going to be all right! *HUGS*

cwrj00: I pmed you.

mommytobe: you must be over the moon sweetheart! However, be careful there... sorry to be such a killjoy, but I wouldn't want you to have high expectations and risk a big disappointment at your u/s. Remember Jenn; she had a beta of over 700 13dp5dt; her doctor told her there was no way to know if she had twins because the numbers can be misleading... and she has a singleton... those numbers are tricky, because it depends on what's a singleton level for your body, so unless you compare to yourself, there's no way to know for sure... I'm really keeping everything crossed for you to have two little buggers in there however! :D Can't wait to have news of your u/s! When will it be? Next beta? Give me the dates whenever you can sweetie so I can add them to the list.

As for me, it was a crazy day, but it's okay. It's good to be home. I had the unpleasant surprise to find a message from the clinic on our answering machine. The receptionist had not booked the apt correctly; a nurse left a message telling us we were expected to show up for beta THIS MORNING and wondered if I wanted to pick another day. I was SO pissed off! Man, that whole thing could have ended this morning! I would be rid of the progesterone by now! ACK! So I called them and left them a rather cold message telling them about the mistake they made and informing them that AF started yesterday and my HPT was negative. Told them I would still show up tomorrow morning for the form, but without hope. I'm glad I won't have to repeat that information tomorrow; I don't like to mention it. I'm just looking forward to be over this last step. Other than that, mood is still normal. I had really bad cramping with AF today; had to take two tylenol to help me a little. Usually, my AF is not that painful; it's as difficult as last time not to see what's happening right now as a miscarriage...

Okay ladies, time to update the list to include the lovely news about Tia! :D Take care, and I'll see you around!

Hi Sophie,

Sweetie, no killjoy here, I am just happy to be pregnant. If I get 2 that would just be a blessed bonus. Yes I remember what happend with Jenn. We will know for sure as my beta increases. My next beta is next wed, 20th, not sure yet about u/s I guess it depends on how I am progressing. That really sucked what your dr office did, and its good that you called them out on their mistake. Sorry you are having pain sweetie, you will have a clear mind about things soon.

Hugs
Tia

Ha ha tanya I just finally sat long enough to go look at your baby pics... I am quite the absent minded professor here lately... All I think about is how much I need sleep and then how hungry I am and don't know what to eat because it makes me queezy. Anyway...... Your babies are so so cute. I would have loved to have twins but with 3 girls at home already shew that would have been a lil tough. I feel overly blessed to just have 1 and think that is Gods way of saying that is all we needed.

Tia, just wanted to say congrats!!!

Jul1e - don't give up yet. My mom actually had a full blown period for like 4 months while she was pg. when is your official test?

TansRN - I know what you mean about m/s. Mine kicked in about a week ago. It hits me all through the day. I try to nibble on small things all day to keep it at bay. Also, my nurse said to buy the sea bands (motion sickness bracelets) and I did but they don't help that much. But I will say that I gladly welcome m/s. :) If you find any secrets to help, let me know.

Sophie - that's horrible about your appt mix up with the clinic. Don't they realize we're a timebomb of hormones waiting to go off????? I know you are at peace now with a BFN but I still hold out hope for ya.

Dear friends,
No time here for second language elegance...I will write with a running heart, last day at work and packing to Brazil.
There are tons of follicles and the aspiration is scheduled to Mon 18th or Tues 19th. We are so busy organizing pet sitting, he is seeing clients until 8pm and we drive to the airport at 4:00 tomorrow (Friday!). I will be checking you you from Brazil hopefully Saturday morning!
During my errands, I think of all of you as women who became friends at the waiting room of medical doctor's office. I am so glad for this group!
DH exams came ok, in the low end of concentration but still within the normal range. Sperm is a bit acid but...I hope they take care of this problem!
I went to the wax lady today and told her about my plan (she is a good friend, one day I will tell you the story). She did a super good job - hoping to leave nothing in the way of the doctor's hands :0

Sophie, strong woman - I want to be here when August comes in. Your child will be so proud of his/her mother!
Jenn, congratulations on your only precious one!
Tia, there you go...so nervous and now...congratulations!
Jen779 and Jul1e, I will be thinking of you tomorrow and next Tuesday!
Ltaylor, hope your seeds find a warm nest tomorrow!
TransRN...what is m/s? I hope all is well with you.

Good luck to all waiting for results and between procedures, and a strenghted hope for the ones who got a BFN.
Much love, Literatriz

Hello all

Well not good news from me afraid. I feel absulutley gutted but it looks like we will M/C this baby as well. I begin to wonder what is wrong with me why i am such a failure that i cant do what comes so simply to most women. Had scan and he could not get a clear picture but said it was not promising. he then sent me for a Blood test so i have to wait till this pm for the results and to go back for another scan next wednesday.

Susan, I'm so sorry. You don't know yet so hang in there. You are by no means a failure, you are a very strong woman to go through this.

I'm crying as I write this as I'm pretty sure it hasn't worked for us either. IVF is the hardest thing I have ever had to go through.

Be strong and let us know what your blood says.

Thinking of you sweetie.

Hi ladies,

Well i guess i had one day of being on cloud nine. This morning i went to pee (tmi) and I saw blood, not spotting, blood. I called the dr office and they want me to come in tomorrow for another blood test. I am soo sad and scared, DH was here with me when it all happened, he was soo sweet about it all.

I know this is possible and sitll be PG, but I can't help but worry. so pray me.

Susan sweetie, you are NOT a failure, I will pray that things turn around for the best. I hope your numbers proves positive and promising.

Julie, my love, why do you think it did not work? I pray for you that it does. I totally agree IVF is not the easiest thing to go through.

Hugs
Tia
