I am going to POAS in the morning again. I am hoping my RE will let me come in tomorrow instead of waiting until Friday. To top it off, I'm going in to work because I'm so busy & can't afford to take fri, mon, & tue off. Somehow I'll make it.

A friend had only three eggs... they made it to two blasts and a morula.. doc put all three in because her chances were low, not good quality.. and she now has quads. It only takes ONE good egg. Keep your chin up..

Kristin - Yay!!! Congratulations!!! I am so happy for you! :) So nice to see some good news on this board. :)

Kat - I am doing OK. Starting to stress a little, as I feel really tired today & that usually is how I feel the day before I get AF. The good news is the wait is almost over! :) Wishing you the best tomorrow!! :) I hope you get that BFP!!!

Darlene-Try not so stress. All PMS signs pretty much are the same as pregnancy sysmptoms except normally much worse than normal. I'm the opposite I can't sleep at night the day or two before af. After I stop the PIO shots it takes sometimes 5 days before I get my period.

Lauren -good luck today with your IUI. The roads were not bad at all this morning so hopefully you had no issues getting into Boston.

Not much going on here for me. Tomorrow is the big day and still debating if I will try and test before hand. I haven't tested since 12dpo.

Hope/Ashley - sorry! The whole "today/tomorrow/yesterday" thing is confusing, since I'm 7 hours ahead of most of you! When you wake up in the morning, I'm just about done with my work day! Good gooood luck at the ER tomorrow! Let us know how it goes!

Penny/Darlene - Just now you are obsessing when you go to the bathroom? I'm ALWAYS checking. Either I want to be bleeding, or I want to not be bleeding! I always freak out when I get something unexpected! Your period shouldn't come at all until you stop your meds though. Progesterone makes you not get your period (that's why you don't get it when you are pregnant!) so usually you won't start to bleed unless you get a BFN (which you won't!) and you stop your meds. I usually get my post-BFN period 3-4 days after stopping my progesterone suppositories. Enjoy being PUPO!

Kat - you are so funny! In a single post, you say that you won't test anymore - but you push Kristin to test! :D I'm so sorry to hear that you also lost a baby in the 20-24 week period. It's so awful to be so close and yet soooo far. My babies would be 1 if they had lived. It's so sad. What's really hard for me is the due-date thing. My twins were due May 1 - but would have been born mid-April 2010. I got pregnant again this summer with a due date of April 18, 2011, but miscarried. So mid-April is going to suck. I'd better be pregnant by then! I got my BFN news the day before my twin's first birthday in heaven. I sooo badly wanted (and deserved) that BFP on that awful day - but I didn't get it. I hope you do get your BFP, but if you don't, try to get through your angel's birthday with the best possible outlook and hope for the future. (and I see that you figured out how to do your picture! You look great!)

Lauren 1711- yay for triggering! I know this hasn't been the best cycle for you, but maybe something will surprise you! No help with the insurance, but I hope it works out.... - by the way, about how many to transfer (as you said to Kat) - my doctors get really upset if I want to transfer 2! They really want me to do SETs only. Both DH and I decided that we are definitely back to transferring 2 (after transferring 1 for the cycles after my twins deaths)... but now I kinda want to do 3. We transferred 2 blasts last FET and BFN. But DH is too terrified of triplets and the RE is totally against it! Oh well... 2 it is!

brit1612 - welcome! I've seen you around this site! When will you be starting? (Donor eggs, right?) Let me know where you want to be added to the list

nwquiz - I see that you still *haven't* figure out the signature thing! Go to "User Control Panel" (on the top left side of the screen). pick "Profile" (the second tab). Then "Edit Signature" from the tabs on the bottom left. Put in what ever you want and hit 'submit'!

Jeib - triggering? Yay! That's the best part - the day without injections :D

LYD10 - why did they switch you from antagonist to Lupron? You must have had decent results, since you got 2 transfers from that first cycle (the fresh BFN and the FET that resulted in your son). I'm about to start my 3rd antagonist, and have never done Lupron, that's why I'm so curious.

Margi - sure, a year! No more BCP or tampons for a year! You with me, darling? :D YAYAYAAYAY for California! Is DH going with you? Come on AF! We both need you!

Tiger - I hope we both see that elusive second pink line. It's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. So much more personal and tangible that the phone call from the nurses! Of course, I want to know my beta number, but more important is that pink line! Sometimes I look at picture of other people's HPTs (http://www.canyouseealine.com) just to inspire me to get that BFP!

I totally understand the inertia that is with a REs office. We keep talking about moving clinics.... but keep pushing it off. I'm annoyed at the lines at my clinic. S&S start at 7:30 until 9am... I get there at 7:15 and usually don't leave until 9. It's not that there are so many women, it's that the whole thing is disorganized. The blood test takes 2 seconds, but the line for the u/s is foooorrrreeeevvvver. There is a sign up list (ie, when you get there, you put your name on the list) but the tech doesn't read the list, she just takes who ever comes in. So if you don't fight for your place in line, people will cut ahead of you! UGH! What a--holes! Also, people take FOREVER to get dressed and undressed. I purposefully wear slip on shoes and things that come on/off easily. Some women (especially the super religious Muslim women wearing tons of layers) take forever to change. In other places (ie, like when I got the HSG or hysteroscopy) they have 2 or 3 dressing rooms that lead into the exam room, so that someone can change while someone else is being examined. Not at my IVF clinc. You just go in and the tech (and everyone else!) waits for you to get dressed/undressed. UGH ---- how does the system work (or not work!) for everyone else?

Kristin - like I said to Darlene - most people don't get a period until they stop their progesterone, but it can happen. BUT YOU WON'T! CONGRATS! I hope you get a really good and high beta number! Sounds fantastic!

Kimber - I'm sorry you got stuck in the weather - but yay! ER tomorrow! Let us know how it goes!

Kynlee - congrats on your sister's wedding! I hate weddings in general (I find them boring...) but I'm dying for my own sister to get married (I have only one sister, and no SILs). I would love to be sister-of-the-bride! But she is only 21, so she has time (although, but her age I was married 2 years already!)

Carol -feel better! Take some headache meds!

sunshine 12 - I'm right behind you! Congrats on starting stims!

AFM ---- really busy/exciting day for me! 1.5 hours at the dentist to get 4 fillings. UGH. Then I met my psych because I was feeling so incredibly down and dysfunctional last week. I explained what was going on (6th IVF, etc). He said that I'm a really strong, brave person and in the long run a few days of sadness are normal, especially in light of such stress. I don't like it, but okay.

I took my last BCP pill this morning. I only took 2 weeks. Usually a pack is 3 weeks, but I'm too anxious to start. I usually do 2.5 weeks. I hope 2 weeks of BCP is enough to bring on AF.... if not, I'll be stuck waiting, either another month of BCP or a dose of progesterone-- hopefully AF will get here this weekend and we can start.

Also, I mentioned that we applied to adopt, but it's a goverment ministry and takes forever. Well, we submitted our paperwork 6 weeks ago - today, I get a call from a woman who says she was assigned as our social worker and we make an appt to go in a get interviewed! Monday Feb 7 at noon! I'm so excited! Of course, adopting is still a loooong journey, but it's so nice to take another step!

So many betas/ER/ETs this weekend! I'm feeling left out! Oh welll -- my stimming will keep y'all entertained while you're in the 2ww!

Hello Ladies....thanks soooo much for all the well wishes!!! I am still in absolute shock. I actually POAS again this morning. I just heard from my RE. 345 beta and 102 progesterone. She said they like to see anything above 50 on the beta and 15 on progesterone. I am on PIO. I am trying to figure out how far along I am. I had my ER on 1/11/11 and ET on 1/16/11. I started spotting on 1/21/11 and stopped completely 2 days ago. So am I 3, 4, or 5 weeks. I know I sound stupid but I am so flippin confused. Also are my numbers pretty good.

Margi- CA is a great place!! Warm weather, laid back attitudes, and a different scene all equals a BFP!!!!

Leora- I'm so excited for you...you are on your way!!!!

Hope- cant wait to hear your great results

Penny- i know how you feel...to test or not to test...I couldnt hold out. I tried but now I am soooo glad I let the POAS pushers get to me :D BFP BFP BFP BFP

Kat-1 more day!!! I'm sending BFP to you in every way!!!! I am praying we can be preggo together

to everyone else PMA PMA PMA and lots of PEACE

Kristin- That's a very strong number and great Progesterone number. Congratulations. I went to a due date calculator for you because it's confusing for me too. I put in your ER day as conception day and it says you are 4 weeks pregnant and due date of October 4th. You are 16 DPO.

Leora- lol I know I'm horrible about pushing everyone else but chickened out myself. Seeing all those negatives and seeing so many woman get BFP's at 10 and 11dpo I'm just preparing myself that it is a negative tomorrow. I had cramping days 8, 9 and 10 past Retrieval and than it all stopped. I've had no cramping since Monday night.

I wish this day would go by faster. I have a killer headache and I just want to have my blood taken tomorrow so I know and plan my next step if it's negative. I'm just wondering if I should go with Boston IVF or Vincent IVF at Mass general. Boston IVF has lower scores though than my facility for my age group and Vincent has good ones but the data online is from 3 years ago. Wish I could find more current data.

IUI DONE! What a nightmare lol! 1st girl takes me in and puts that Fn speculum in and says she can not find my cervix so she gets another Fn speculum and puts that in....still no. She goes to get someone else and this girl comes in and does two and still nothing! So she says she is going to get one of the other woman who has 20+ years experience. I am ready to scream at this point because I hate hate hate that stupid speculum! This woman come in and does it in 3 minutes!!! Why do they send little girls with no experience to do that procedure that costs thousands? Anyway his washed sperm was 14 million and 51 mobility.

Leora - It took me a few visits at my clinic before realizing that it does not matter what time my appt is. They start at 7AM, but are open at 6:30. Ppl start showing at 6:30 and the blood and US techs are usually there and will start. There is a sign in sheet and they take them in order of signing in. I always take the latest appt and then show when I feel like it. I try for 6:30, cuz 1st person is in and out. My clinic has a lot of locations but on weekends and holidays only the surgical center is open. It can be pretty hectic on those days. I find that the earlier I show I am in and out. If I go a little later at my actual time, there is a wait.

Ohh you girls with good news are making me look forward to my time.
Krcaha- you are pregnant. oh yes yes yes. go girl now start enjoying that pg. those are good numbers. how about let it be twins :D
Sweatpea-We understand being a chicken once in a while. by the way cute photos of you and Dh. i like them.i wont post mine here for different reason will tell you later. But fingers crossed for that BFP tomorrow. Y o had good signs to bring it on. so pee on that stick one more time. just a little for us pusher
Margi_CA i like what Caro said. Vacation and a baby on board here i come :) all the best
Leorira- i know the time. difference sucks but you dont miss a thing. okay down bco for 2yrs  that is a good one.now bring on more bfp 2011.
Penny- Pee on a stick girl. Am a pusher to then i chicken out at the same time. but at least you have to do it one time. come on now
Lauren711- You are pupo and strong swimmers you had there. not let them do there thing and bring on another bfp. Oh they always have a problem getting my cervix. and am like you i hate it when they jinx around trying to find it. then the darn catheter wont go in. so they pull it out and start bending it. by the end of it all am so mad and wonder if they even did the thing correctly. maybe they should all leave it to experts like they say. but what matters now is that you are pupo.
CjinNC- sorry for your headache. Yes clomid is notorius for headaches. but that is a step towards that bundle of joy coming.
Lou71- where are you hiding? :?: hope all is well with you.

Let me see if I can do some catching up here-

Hope- Good luck with ur ER!

Lauren1711- I am so rooting for your IUI to work. I have been keeping up with your post since our last board. I am cheering for you :)

Margi- I am so lost. I see your excited about California but I can't for the life of me remember why. Maybe it is the drugs still in my system  I will have to go back & read your post later when I can remember what I am reading, but Good Luck .

Kimber- Good luck tomorrow

sunshine12- yay for starting stims!!

krcaja- So exciting about the Beta. Way to go!! :P

Tiger- I just read your post about the 35million sperm all I got to say is OMG that is great!

AFM: We got 6!!! The doctor said he thought these eggs were the best yet :P Something about the fluid around them looking good. I was still drugged so I may have missed some of what he said, but on the down side there is some free fluid in my uterus. We have to go in tomorrow to see if it is still there and if it is we may have to freeze them and do the transfer in April when they do their next cycle. He said the fluid could make for a hostile uterus and I sure don't want anything else in my body to be hostile.lol I am still excited about the 6 and hopefully the fluid will gone come tomorrow. He did mention endometrosis (so not spell right) which I didn't think I had, so that will be another question for him tomorrow. Has anyone else had free fluid before? Where does it come from and how do they get rid of it?

One more side note:
My ER went great but the pain after wards was bad. The anesthesiologist ended up giving me 3 more doses of drugs because I was in so much pain & crying :( She even gave me one for the road. They made my DH go and fill my script for my pain meds to have on hand, which scared the shit out of him. I am usually good with pain but not today. I guess 1 out of 3 ER for pain isn't bad. I am so thankful for the wonderful ladies at my clinic. They are so caring & considerate. They didn't make me feel like I shouldn't be in that much pain like some nurses do.
