Transfer is done. I am PUPO. Transferred 2 5day blasts grade 3BB. This is much better than last time. I am feeling good about today. One was even already hatching. Please say a little prayer.

Moorebaby- I got my Lupron. A couple weeks ago from apothcathy.

Moorebaby-Freedom Pharmacy should be able to transfer the Lupron prescription to Apothicary. You will receive it next day. I did this with this last cycle because the Lupron has been out of stock for quite some time. Best of luck.

Alwaysangel- Yeah, I usually get my meds from Freedom, but my nurse contacted Apothecary (in AZ) & they actually called me not too long ago & set up my order. I will be getting it tomorrow. The other meds will come from Freedom on Friday. By the way, CONGRATS on your BFP! Can't wait to hear your 2nd BETA tomorrow!

Lauren- We went to GA for a week (DH's mom lives on Lake Sinclair) & then to VA Beach for another week. Also, DH's sister & her family from AZ were visiting w/ us. I'm sorry you're not feeling good, but relief is in sight.

Moorebaby-I am happy that you were able to resolve the issue with the Lupron. I remember being very worried when I found out about the shortage. My Beta is scheduled for Monday, August 1st.

I forgot how long the 2ww is.. and it has only been a week. I am doing good. Life went back to normal on Monday (I was on bedrest for 4 days) so now we just wait, wait and wait some more.

How early have some of you tested after a 3dt? I thinking about POAS Friday or Saturday. My transfer was 7/14.

Hi ladies - Sorry I disappeared for a while - we've been trying to figure out next steps and just taking a break from all the infertility routines.

I got a 2nd opinion and that doctor agreed with my doctor that his recommendation was for us to go to donor eggs. This is based on my day 3 FSH fluctuating between 9 and 16 over the last several cycles. I'm disappointed that neither thinks there is anything else we should try before going to donor eggs, but ultimately we really want to have a baby sooner vs. later so we're going to go ahead with a donor cycle. After some debating with our original dr office, they finally agreed to apply a credit to a donor cycle since we still have 1 regulary IVF cycle left that we have paid for and not used. They didn't give us much of a credit, but with being self pay, every $ counts.

All my bloodwork and tests have been done. In another week or so when I get AF, I'll start my mock cycle - they do it to check your response to the estrace in building lining to make sure they get the dosage right before starting with a donor.
We already selected a donor and have her "on reserve" - it was a tough decision but luckily my husband and I both had the same person as our #1 choice and she is now available! So hopefully we will be starting our donor cycle in late Aug/Sept - I'll find out more when I do the mock cycle. I can't wait!! If anyone has heard of any good books on egg donation, please let me know - I'd love to read a bit more on it before it all starts so I know what to expect and ask.

I've started reading back a few pages to try to catch up on where everyone is at!

AFM: Packing and getting ready for some familytime in Alabama. Doctor's appt on Tuesday in Pensacola (Gulf Breeze) where I will start my follistim on day 3 of cycle, sometime next Friday? Will poas tomorrow but not expecting anything since we bd with no meds this month. More than anything excited about my new clinic giving me hope and newfound possibilities...

Hi everyone!

Today’s update, looks like we are having only 2 embryos that are growing nicely ...the 3rd one left behind again ...so after a lot of consideration and talking to my DH and embryologist, we have all decided that is best to proceed with the 5dt together with AH. This option made more sense to me and I woke up with this clear in my head for some reason! And as soon as the embryologist told me that “...anyway, an embryo with major up normalities cannot reach to a blastocyst stage anyway, by nature..” that gave me the green light to say that YES I want to wait for that 5dt when they reach the blastocyst stage and together with AH we shall proceed with the ET.They don't check the embryos on the 4th day as this is the most important day for them development wise and they don't want to disturb them. So, We are now waiting for that phonecall on Saturday morning to let us know how did they go and what time to go for the ET. I am comfortable with that now and I am very positive about this! But most of all I am relieved we made a decision. About AH, we’ve never done this so far and the embryologist told us that there are cases where there is no implantation b/c the Zona pellicular of the embryo (the outer shell of the embryo in plain words) is so hard that it doesn’t let the embryo to get out and stick on the endo. Maybe we are one of those cases and AH is what we needed after all. Maybe...hopefully...I am praying for my embies to grow nicely and be healthy to reach the blast stage and then come home to mommy and stick for good for the next 9 months! This is what I wish for!!

Rio- I am so excited that you might meet your baby girl today!!! How wonderful!!!! Keep us posted!!

Margi- My dear Margi! Thank you for praying for me and my little embies! If you read my news above you would see that I am proceeding with transferring 2 embies on Saturday together with the help of AH. Hope both grow nicely to blastocyst stage! OH!Boy! This has been a hell of a cycle! I wish all this ends up with a BFP!!! Who knows!! I have all my money bet on that BFP this time!! ...I am SO glad your little “papayas” are healthy and growing!!! I am happy for you!! I also hope you come up with an agreement with your boss....

Lauren- Thank you for caring for me!...I hope you get your energy back soon! You know, you could make a smoothie! That will lift up your energy! Try this, it always works for me...Put these in a blender: 2 table spoons of yogurt, 1 banana cut in pcs, a little honey and a hand full of berries (blackberries or redberries) frozen will do if not fresh and ( half a glass of semi skimmed milk – optional) Mix it all up well, poor it in a tall glass and enjoy!!! Yummy!!! You will find your energy and feel fresh from the inside out in only just a few seconds! And most of all is super healthy especially for a mommy to be!!! I do smoothies almost every day for breakfast and try lots of combinations! The base ingredient is always the yogurt after that the ingredients/fruits you put it are endless! My favourites are berries, bananas, mango and papaya! Sometimes I even put walnuts or sunflower seeds, or oats (Quaker) in the blender.Moorebaby- It is exactly like you said it “ ...as if everything else isn’t stressful enough!” Well you’ve read my news above, we are going to go ahead with a 5dt and AH (Saturday 23rd) Wish me luck and my embies to make good blasts and stick nicely! ...I wish you a great start in your cycle and I can’t wait to cheer you on your BFP!!!
