I am having two little boys!

Hi Everyone,

I just found out yesterday that my DH and I are expecting two little boys! We are so excited and so is my son. His first statement regarding have two brothers was he was going to train them to be his soldiers and have them serve him! Kids are too funny. I did want girls but the more I thought about it the more I realized that boys would be easier for me to handle plus I like the idea of my son having brothers to bond with. I am so excited and nervous. I went to a specialist OB who deals with mutliples and he said that my placenta was kind of low and that I need to really take it easy and I need to have it re-checked in three weeks to make sure it rises. Also, the doctor said that he found a cyst on the brain of one baby but that he was not concerned as it will likely just go away on it's own and that this is common. My mother did say she knows of other women who had found this on an ultrasound and everything turned out OK. Just another thing to have on my mind. So I am going to take it easy and try to not stress about anything. I can not wait to start my boys room now that I know what they are!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! I'm just thrilled for you! Brothers are going to be adorable together and it sounds like your oldest will be quite the leader. You are so smart to simply be cautionary and not overly worried about the findings. After all, if our OB's aren't worried we really shouldn't be either. I'm sure everything will be perfectly fine.

CONGRATS again and take care! We are going to need nursery pictures ya know!!!

Hi Meg-

Congrats on the boys!! I just have to tell you my sister just went through the same thing with a cyst. They just watched it and told her they expected to go away by about 27 weeks, if it did go away, and it did. There is no sign of it and she is now 36 weeks! I know it can be scary, but think positive!! Good luck and take it easy!!

Thats great news about the boys. They will have a great big brother to show them the ropes.

Everyone seems to be finding out what their twins are and I have to admit I'm getting a little curious now eventhough I swore I wouldn't find out.
