Begging for help and answers to my questions

Post by stressball »

Hi,
I am 32 and my DH is 36, ttc since 2004. I did 5 IUIS bfn. I got laproscopy done in Nov 06 to find mild stage 2 endo. My DH sperm count and motility on low side but not as severe as to do ICSI. The RE was not sure if we would need ICSI for our first IVF in June but eventually we did not need it. During my ER 10 eggs were retrievd and 8 fertilized. Two blastocyst were put in and got BFN. Two blastocyst were frozen in the whole process.

My questions are
1. Does anybody have a similar case and still got bfp.
2. Does this look like an impantation issue
3. Do you think I hav any hope from FET.

I am feeling very hopeless and cannot bear the thought that my DH would never be a daddy. He just adores kids. His love for his brothers and sister's kids makes me very sad. I live very far away from my family so nobody to support. Please any information would be greatly appreciated.

stressball, i didn't have exactly same as you, but did do 2 cycle of IVF/ICSI and go a BFN. i think you would get more uselful information by posting on the forum where real doctors can give you advice. try the SIRM discussion boards, it's clinic's website and you can post your questions for different doctors.

Hi - This really is a message of HOPE. It is the first time I've been on a message board for over 6 years. Sometimes I think I could help other people. I'm 55 years old. I found out when I was your age that I would never have children. I hear the same hurt in your message. I thought about how we were made to have children and all that. Things were rocky at home. I got baby things from both parents as well as HUGE hints even after they were aware of the infertility. I never did have any children of my own - until a nephew was dumped on me due to his mental problems which included beating up his mother. So, we get this 6'3 250 pound kid. And we parent him and he is frightening. So, we decide to love him and take as good care of him as possible. - He is now a parent of 3 little kids and on his 3rd tour in Iraq. He has given me Grandchildren. Anyway, sometimes God has other plans. Bless you - I've been there.
