Completely mad Question about spicy food!!

Hi All, I am definately going mad. I have just read an article about chinese medicine where some women who had no "medical" reason for not getting pregnant and/or had miscarriages took a selection of herbs and got pregnant. Ok fine, but it also recommended avoiding "hot" foods which include beef (too late there had steak on monday) and prawns and hot food. I was just about to cook chicken in a Nando's sauce, but it slightly spicy. Do you think I should not use this sauce - or have I just completely lost the plot now!!! Aaargh - information overload. Any thoughts?? Karen

hi karen i went for a curry on saturday night after et. i think we can read to much and if we took note of eveything we would not eat, drink or move. what happens to ladies that life in country's where spicy food is the norm. well i think we are both going mad. from july ann

Hi Karen I wondered about that too but the clinic did not say to steer clear just to eat healthy!!! I had homemade lamb curry yesterday & bolognaise(BEEF & LOTS garlic) tonight,,,,,,also been stuffing lots of cake!! As July ANn says if we took note of everything that was said we would not eat, drink, go out, have sex or basically do anything...... So, enjoy your chicken in Nandos( whoever he is)sauce tonight..mmm...sounds yummy.. Sarah xx

Hi all Woops if this is true I've definitely buggered it up cos I had a curry after EC (I know, good effort!), I had fillet steak (rare) on Saturday and Roast Beef (on Sunday) - by Monday I did think it odd that I woke up Mooing! Hee hee - joking! Is it not bad enough that you can't have sex or wine please!!!! nikola.x
