How to stay calm

I own a hair and beauty salon and its great to just turn off the lights, light loads of candels , get some relaxing music and just lay down (cause you shouldnt really have baths) and try and empty your mind and concentrate on feeling that you have a lovely thick lining of the womb and that there is a baby growing in there All positive thoughts .
Drink Decaffe coffe and tea cause that will be more calming or better still fruit teas peppermint is good after egg collection.

OR get a good book to read and make yourself lay down and read it !,

OR get hubby to massage oil into your shoulders cause that is where the tension collects but do not use aromatherapy oils cause this isnt good when you are trying to conceive or when you are pregnant ( the oils go into your blood stream )

OR Just by rubbing the feet and head can relax you ( moving the scalp not the hair )

I hand make cards to relax me

Hope this helps
Trace x

Hi Nicky,
Just wanted to wish you all the luck in the world with your tmt.
I found lying in a dimly lit room listening to my fav music helped to relax and also reiki or a massage.
Re fruit teas - avoid raspberry - contracts the uterus so good for bringing on labour but to be avoided during tmt.
A malted milk horlicks is relaxing at bedtime - am I sounding very old now? Where did I put my bedsocks?
Di

Thank you di, have been drinking decaff tea for some time now, and i quite like camomile tea find that very calming, not a milky drink person unless its a hot toddy with alcohol in............
missing that already and i havent even started yet, on works do next tues eve so i will a good go at drinking myself silly..
Its awkward for me to relax in the eve as i work eve's 4 on 4 off, but i will try it once i'm off that is if my DH gives me some peace and quiet!!

Thank you once again to all
Lots of love
Nickyxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
