Ghost or anybody, linning its dropping

Ghost today its my 10dp3dt, and im feeling like im having my period soon, on day 7pt my doc did a sonogram on me and the endometrial lining was 26, then on day 9 (yesterda) the nurse did it again and told me that the lining was 22, do you have any clue why its dropping? or anybody can tell me any advice.
