lisa - know just how you feel it is quite scary and you are totally out of control - pains and twinges are quite normal and are probably side efect of the progesterone - its might be worth you going onto IVF thread and joining the may/june cycle buddlies thread - it is all people that are cycling now - most are american but I am from UK and can help you with any questions NHS related !! - it took me 4 cycles to get my BFP and am now the proud mum of 3 month old twin boys - good luck and keep me posted - sending you lots of sticky baby dust :D :D

Lisa,

I just finished a cycle of IVF and I had the same kind of pain during my 2ww. I was also really tired with sore breast. I'm sure all of it was a result of the progesterone. So just take it easy and don't lift anything over 5lbs. I was also told by my acupuncturist to NOT drink or eat anything cold and to keep my feet warm. I know that they seem like strange request, but if it helps why not? He said that drinking anything cold can increase your chances of miscarriage or the embryo to not implant.
I hope this helps and you get your BFP.

Good luck. Take care.

Hi Lisa,
I had the same pains with both my fresh cycle, which was negative, and my frozen cycle which was positive. It's most likely the medications, they play all kinds of tricks on you. I know it's hard, but relax as much as you can. I was also advised to eat only warm foods and keep my feet warm, I figured why not.... :D
