I'm at the very begining of my 2ww. I transfered 3day embryos on Monday (it's Wednesday).
This morning I woke up with UTI symptoms (constant urge to pee, painful peeing - I get UTIs a lot so I recognize it!).
I will go to the doctor after work for a urine sample and, possibly, anti-biotics.
Today I'm trying to drink as much cranberry juice as possbile, to try to kill the bacteria.
Does this hurt my chances of getting pregnant? I'm really stressed, since these are my last frosties and failure would mean another fresh cycle. I really really really want to get pregnant...
Does a UTI lessen my chances? I assume that taking the antibiotics (as opposed to NOT taking them) is the best....
HELP!

Leorira - From what I have read so far, if the UTI remains untreated, it can affect the pregnancy but I think it is wise to get your antibiotics early and start taking them ASAP if your UTI is confirmed by your physician. The good news is that you caught it early, so try not to worry too much as the only thing you can do now is just take the antibiotics and drink plenty of fluids.
