I have never taken it before but have heard (I think on this board) that a clinic in NY is recommending it for patients with reserve issues.

First off, I don't know.
I imagine DHEA would increase E2 levels due to androgen conversion. Aromatase converts androgens to estrogens, so it seems reasonable that increasing the supply of androgens might cause an increase in estrogens, and perhaps moreso in heavier women. But I don't know, I'm just saying the speculation sounds reasonable to me.
Yes, there are side effects of DHEA, and they are similar to those of testosterone (some DHEA is converted to T). Basically, these include being more like a male, and can include facial hair, hair loss, increased libido, and increased aggression. There are more, I'm sure. I don't know about long term risks like cancer, etc.
Many clinics are using it for patients with diminished ovarian reserve. Colorado, for example. And yes, a couple of clinics in NY, most notably Gleicher's center, are using it. From the posts I have seen over the years, I think that usage is increasing.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
