GHOST- E2 Level Question

I have been stimming on Follistim for the past 7 days and am starting to panic because my E2 levels were low today. I have been on Follistim 250IU (started alternating 225 and 200 then switched to 250 on day 5) and went in for my US and BW today. I have 7 follicles on each side that are all about 12mm in size. They said my lining looked great and things are on track for a retrieval Thursday March 31. They called me back to tell me to stay on 250IU until monday night. My E2 level was only 432 today....isnt that a little low? The last RE had me on an increased estrogen protocol for lining, but this RE doesnt use estrogen and put me on viagra suppositories which seem to be working because he said my lining looked great. Am I worrying for no reason? I dont even go back until Thursday for the retrieval. Please help me so Ill stop flipping out.

Maybe a little lower than most, but clearly you are responding. It may take you 12 or more days to get a good set of follicles, which would be a little slower than most.

E2 builds the lining as you know, and your levels are now more than high enough to get it going. I'm not sure if Viagra does much, if anything, in women. Some think it does, and some don't.

I don't see much reason to worry.

Thanks for your response. I have 3 more doses of 250 IU and then am supposed to trigger on Tuesday night. I am really hoping since the lining looks good things will work out for the best. Just hoping we get some good eggs and end up with a baby this time. Thanks again.
