Is testing 8 days with a HPT after ET too early??

HI, we had 2 good embryos put back in on 11/19. My beta pregnant test was supposed to be for today 11/27, but got pushed back 2 more days because of work. Me and the husband couldn't wait and decided to do a HPT and sadly came out negative. Is 8 days too early, do I still have a slight chance of hope???

If you're 8 days past a 5 day transfer it's likely you should see a positive by now did you use a FRER test or another brand ? Did you use first morning urine ? If you did a 3 day transfer it's more possible that you still have a few days to get a BFP. Stranger things have happened sometimes people get bfn 's right up until beta
