Can I just put STRONG vote in for the tummy - ESPECIALLY if you carry a bit of spare around there - its greta -pinch a bit - whop in the pen - and you don't feel a thing....much!!

Its such a good idea, I used to rotate to be honest from leg to belly, I used to end up black and blue mind but there we go. Belly was quite good cus that's where I have a spare tyre lol.

the nures told us to do the upper part of the bottom, they even drew a park. put a little ice on just to numb it
then dh would inject it. i made sure he wasnt mad before we did the shots.

we did it at night when we went to bed. after a while it didnt hurt,
the luprun shots i did in the tummy. they where just small

used legs for the first couple of attempts. Used tummy for third attempt MUCH less painful, less bruising and successful outcome.

DEF tummy - I think because it sounds worse it puts people off but after your first go its a doddle (honest)

Only on day 3 of stimms, but been doing them in the leg which I've had no pain or brusing, but guess what now I'm paranoid that I haven't got a bruise!!!!? How many people have bruised when doing them in the leg?? Hope I'm doing it right!?

Firstly - No the paranoia does NOT stop it just moves from one problem to another !!

Secondly - Are you using the auto injector pen or doing it manually? I found the pen made me bruise more so binned it. I bruise at the drop of a hat as well so Kel don't worry not everyone bruises, please don't get paranoid about that!

A quick question to anyone - can you still vote? I can't as I am the person who put the poll on but was just wondering whether you can still click on which ever one you choose? It's been stuck on 26 votes for ages. Just wondering

What's wrong with the bum?

Gets DH involved, you don't have to look at the whole thing and it doesn't hurt at all (surely it's where most of us have most of our 'upholstery'? - don't have much spare on tummy...)!
I only injected in my thigh a couple of times when away from DH and did not manage too well (bruising, redness, etc). So BUM ALL THE WAY FOR ME!
