Post by Dagny »

Hi Girls

As promised - Another poll on whether you keep your socks on or take them off for a scan?

I got this idea from a post some months ago which had a great response.

Simple!

Being a "socks on" person, I have to confess that I've actually brought socks along in my purse to put on before the scan on days which I was wearing sandals or dress shoes!

I always wear my 'lucky' socks for my scans. They are of the aussie flag. Haven't failed me yet!!

I am a no sock person.....as soon as the warm air hits, I am in open toed shoes...Last year we had a warm day in Feb. in NJ so I was called a freak in my school...but I love having my feet exposed....

Of course, when I go for a scan, I make sure my toes are manicured and the polish is not chipping....

By the way, I have a little O.C.D. - oh well -

Hi all

Looks like I was wrong :? I thought the most votes would be socks OFF! I suppose it does depend on what time of year it is.

Zoe - I didn't say your feet were smelly either! I do remember one time when I went for a scan and didn't think about what shoes I had on and realised when it was too late that I had a pair on which did make my feet sweat and get a bit pongy  I was so worried and sat in the waiting room with my shoes off trying to cool them down a bit. My DH was in hysterics. He just doesn't understand a womans dilemma

Denise - I know someone who wears flip flops ALL year round, even in the blinking snow  She's MAD!

I french manicure my toes which my step daughter finds amusing. Is there anything wrong with french manicured toes??????

Dagny french manicure toes - get used to it - you won't be able to when the tmt works - infact where are my toes and french manicures won't suit hobbit feet

Hi all

I couldn't care if I never had French Manicured toes ever again if it meant having a baby. I do it because I can and it does look nice and I am sure it would make even Hobbit feet look pretty Tracey

What poll can I do next?????? :?

Ooh one I have just thought of is do you have music playing in EC and ET?? I thought it was very cute to have a radio brought in for EC and then at Bourn Hall they had classical music playing while doing ET!! I didn't know they did this!!!? Very thoughtful of them!
