Not sure if any of it made any difference - but on my second 2 WW (which so far appears to have worked

) - i did and didn't do the following
Lay down for about 20 minutes after transfer (they went straight for a pee!)
NO exercise (really hard one for me as I do quite alot, 1st time round I started again in week 2)
No sex (same as 1st time)
Aspirin (" ")
Ate quite healthily (but not massively!) and no alcohol (Altho I think I had a glass in the middle!)
Stayed home - taking it very easy for 3 days - then went back to work as normal (I do quite a stressful mainly desk job)
Took a multivitamin including folic acid (last time I was on chinese tea - not sure it did much)
Still had baths
No swimming (but I really dont think that it would harm)
came on here ALOT!!
Slept quite alot
Was originally on 2 projesterone pessaries a day -started to get cramps on about day 5 - so upped to 3 a day (which I'm STILL on!!!!!

)
By 2nd week I started to get really uncomfortable bloated feeling - really sore tummy -which was the ONLY symptom I had different to first time and is apparently the uterus changing shape.....
REALLY good luck - I think at the end of the day what will be will be - but I know that it important to feel that you are doing what you can to move the odds a bit!
