I have had two Reflexology sessions between my last AF and this AF and I have bled so much. I usually bleed for about 3 days and then it tails off but this time I have had such a heavy AF since last Sunday and I am still bleeding a fair amount with quite a bit of debris (sorry TMI I know )
Is this normal after Reflexology? Especially your first ever sessions of it? I know that reflexology gets rid of toxins and things so it does seem feasible.
Any info much appreciated as I am getting a bit worried now.
