I have just got my initial appointment through for next week the 24th March (treatment June). This time only my mum and dh knows so I hope you don't mind me getting it all out here.
It feels weird as I have made some really big changes since my last three attempts. I now feel armed with information about Extras that can help and I now have a plan in place to help things along. I keep thinking "it can't hurt".
After being made redundant in January I am loving my time off from full time work and relaxing for a change. Each attempt was a struggle while doing a really stressful job, not this time!
I have started a course of Thyroid treatment to help with my high levels of anti-bodies. Vitamins, minerals and cod liver oil. Veggies and stuff.
I am having Indian head massage and believe it or not I am going for a Colonic (oooh) next week.
I have started to excercise every day even if its only for a short time. DH is pleased about that one, as we can already see the results.
I don't know if all these extras were what were missing before but as I keep saying "it can't hurt".
I would love to hear from anyone with any other extras.
