We had a bit of a scare the other day, I spent 2 days in the hospital as I was getting real bad Braxton Hicks, my feet and face had swollen a lot and I just felt really bad. The hospital kept me in and checked me for Pre-Term labour and Pre-Eclampsia. I was all clear with the Pre-Eclampsia but my womb was showing small contractions with severe Braxton Hicks following each one. However after 36 hours it all settled down and things look good again.

One of the best things about my stay was we got to see our little ones on Ultra Sound and they were both looking beautiful. Aleisha weighs 5.5lbs and Makayla weighs 6.3lbs So both are doing well

My DH has a feeling I will give birth before my C section Aug 8th. In some ways I want them now so I can meet them but then my logical side tells me the more they stay inside the more they develop

Sounds like you had quite a scare there Jen, but am glad your lil uns are fine..
Dhruvaa is doing wonderfully well, thank you- each day is a new experience and so so wonderful.

Hi Jen
just wanted to wish you and your sweeties all the luck in the world for a safe arrival. I am getting mega Braxton Hicks and otrher contractions (called "Senkwehen" in German) as sweeties head engages down there, and am walking like a duck...you have my sympathy with 2 on board - clever old you for getting this far!!

Haven't heard from you in a while on the "Double Trouble" board so thought I would post my best wishes to you here.
Hoping all is well and that you are coping in this heat. It's never this hot in Britain any other year is it!!!

Many thanks, we are still waiting for our little girls arrival

Had the last check up yesterday and signed all the paperwork for the C Section on the 8th. They are still Breach and transverse so any chance of a vaginal delivery for me is zero.

It's amazing how much these little ones are still kicking and wriggling

just 4 days to go

I am soooo excited but you know my husband and I want to meet them so much but when we lay down on the sofa and watch TV at night and he says to me how much he wants them to come, I tell him to enjoy the silence in the house while it lasts because from next week on things are gonna be very different

wow 4 dadys to go...close very close to the cave...yup he needs to enjoy the silance before sirens. Jus kidding...I know next week will be the happiest week in your life. Yeah your right that things are gonna be diffrent by next week but I'm sure you and your hubby will enjoy the challange. Thanks to IVF that bringing lots of smile on our face.
