Hi everyone,

Thanks for all your warm comments. It is getting close now and am finally putting together my hospital bag.

I am off to see the consultant this afternoon as the minnow is still breech. He will do a scan and check out how big it is then make a decision about whether it is worth trying to turn the baby or not. I would really like them to give it a go but only if they don't think it will send the baby into distress. If it is a no go then i will be booked in for a c-section. They normally do that between 38-39 weeks, don't like to leave it any later in case you start labour.

Will let you know when i get a confirmed decision.

Love Saraid

Saraid, thought I would pop over to your countdown to wish you good luck at your appointment today.
Hopefully your little one will turn on her own (look at me saying "her"), My baby B (the little girl) still keeps turning even now and it feels really weird. At 36 weeks I really thought she would stay head down but no, her head is under my right boob again.
It's amazing to think how close us October girls are now.
Hope to hear from you about this afternoon.

Have fun

HI all,

Thanks for your comments Chelle. I wish my boy/girl (still can't make up my mind) would move around but has been in the same position for at least 8 weeks!

I am booked in for an ECV (turn) on Monday, i am not feeling very confident that it will work but feel it is worth a go. If it is not successful then i will be given a date for the c-sec. So i could have a babe in arms in the next 10 days or so! Better get my act together and sort out that nursery!
