Traci...can't believe it is time already!! Wishing you, DH and Isabella a safe and uncomplicated birth. I bet you can't wait to meet her...I certainly can't wait to see the pictures.

Thank you all for the kind well-wishes. Just playing the waiting game right now..patience is not one of my virtues! I am still having regular contractions although they are not very strong....but we are convinced Isabella will take after mom and be here early. I had a problem last week with my ankles...well I didn't have any and my legs turned purple/blue...but everything is ok just turned out to be normal pregnancy swelling.

We are back home and everyone is healthy!! On Friday 17 November at 2:46pm Isabella Loren joined our family. It was a long birthing process - going into the clinic Thursday evening with contractions but no cervical changes..so we induced on Friday afternoon...after lots of contractions but with a very strong epidural and 4 big pushes Isabella arrived. We are all doing fantastic and she is a lovely baby birth weight of 8lbs and length of 21 inches. I am still in awe today that she is our daughter and can't help just staring at her all the time. We do have one small clich in our planning...I planned on BFing but no milk has arrived after 4 days so we are still trying to BF taking herbs, pumping, drinking tons of fenchel tea..and the odd glass of champagne.

Congratulations Tracii!!! I'm so glad things went smoothly and you are home with Isabella. Do you think she's just the most precious thing?? Good luck on your breastmilk, I hope it comes in like you are hoping. Can't wait to see pictures of Isabella.
