Hi ladies, I'm on my tenth day of BC. I was just wondering when do you start shots? Is it in a month? I was told I would get my protocol soon. I would be mailed something from IVF coornidator soon. This is my first IVF cycle. A little worried, that's all:)

I couldn't starve myself if I wanted to!! I LOVE FOOD!!!! I'm on a strict diet from a hospital weight loss program. It was hard at first, but I'm stickin to it!!!! i LOSE ABOUT 2-3lbs a week, which is norm for women. The weekly meetings help out too!!!!

hi!! thanks for the info:) I work out to the walking work out DVD. I haven't started shots yet, going on my second week of BC. I still have to lose 15lbs. so do you think I will be okay by September or near the end?
