I just wanted to wish you all the luck and prayers in the world. The injection are emotionally and physically draining but to hear that kind of news from your RE is incomprehensible. My heart goes out to you. Think positive thoughts!!

Ice it for at least 10 min. You can't avoid the bruising though. The shots are given in the same area and it's hard to avoid nerves and blood vessels.

I had 18 gauge needles to draw the progestrone and 22 gauge to inject with. It looks big and scary but ice your spot really good and you can't hardly feel anything.
