Thank you the words of encouragement Sammycat. My doctor had recommended that I do TCM before trying IVF again. So glad that it worked for you!

Trying IVF again Aug 09 - after months of Acupuncture

Wow, it seems like forever since I've been on here. I hope the ladies who were on my previous post all have their little bun in the oven!

Since my first attempt at IVF was cancelled, I have been doing acupuncture to get my body in better shape. Hoping that all the treatments and weeks of drinking ...

Hello everyone, I haven't been posting because my treatment got cancelled last week. Not enough follicles to proceed. A little down about it but life will go on.

I will be following you ladies over the next couple of months while I sit back and wait to see what next.

Good luck ladies. Keep us ...

Good luck to you ladies who are doing ET. Wishing you all a lot of success!

Dixie_chop : Sorry to hear about your issue. On the bright side, if your embryos must be frozen and transfered later, I hear the success rate for FET is much better than fresh ET. It might be a sign...a good sign.

I had my ...

Ikiban,- I’m really sorry to hear that you fell this way. It is a truth that our husbands can not understand what we are going through –no one does unless you try it.
There are times when I feel frustrated in my husband too, and keep asking why always women have to deal with all issues ???It is ...

Ikiban - do they have you on aspirin? i had the same bruising and i asked the nurse about it since i never had that before with injections. the aspirin is a blood thinner, so its harder for you to clot at the injection site. that causes the bruising.
I have been to busy to get on here lately but i ...

It's been a rough week and a heart breaking morning. So, having serious second thoughts about continuing this treatment. Long story short, I'm so disappointed in my DH. He completely blew up on me for freaking out on him when I learned this morning that he gave me the wrong dosage yesterday. I guess ...

Hi ladies, just a question for those of you going/have gone through the treatment - have any of you had a lot of bruising after your needles? I tummy looks like a paint ball target board. My FSH shots are also painful during and after. Any suggestions to reduce the bruising and soreness?

Good to hear from you FFZ. I didn't take the BCP so I can't say too much about it. It's hard to wait that long! 30 days would drive me nuts. I'm like you - I can't sit still for anything. How much longer are you on the BCP?

Just got my U/S for CD3 done. DH came along to watch the U/S being ...

Hello ladies and welcome to those new to the thread.

Dixie_chop: My DH is the same way with me. He's been rubbing my tummy and talking to an imaginative baby for years now. At times, I feel as you do - a bit of pressure, but they mean well. Just think of some of the ladies out there whose hubbies ...

Welcome aboard Sabi!

I'll be taking different shots throughout this treatment but not progesterone - well, not until my ET. My protocol suggests that progesterone will be taken for 2 weeks or until my preg test.

Baby dust to you too :D

hey ladies,

Oohhh FFZ! I am so sorry you are going through all these obstacles. I thought my hurdles were too many to keep jumping over. A huge hug to you. The good thing is, if you are not able to continue your treatment due to this, it's just a small delay. It's easier said than done but try to take it easy ...
