i feel sick as a dog so count yourself lucky for feeling normal. i think the exhaustion part of the pregnancy may be gone but the morning sickness is worse then ever. and my insurance only allows me 12 (yes--12) zofran pills a month!! so frustrating, not that they really work but i really like them ...

for all the mommies that are sick, i was miserably sick with my first son for 16 weeks (i don't do this pregnancy thing gracefully) and he was as healthy as can be. so..there might be some truth that being sick makes a healthy baby or 2!!

i think all u/s are vaginal for the first trimester at least. i know with my son my 10 week u/s was vaginal as well.
