I think a lot depends on the numbers and if you can find a clinic to take you. I'll be 43 in Feb. I have gotten pregnant once naturally and on IVF #5 I had an etopic. I gave up for about a year because I had 6 and nothing worked for me. But I was never completed satisfied with the clinic for various ...

another query about DHEA... I've been trying to read up on it on the internet. it's really hard to know what to believe and what not to believe on the internet. I have read that taking this is really harmful, while other links seems to think that it's o.k. Then there's stuff that says that if you ...

I have gone to that center's website, but didn't really read much about the DHEA... Is this a supplement that you can buy in a health store or is something that you need a scrip for? It looks interesting to say the least.

I am not entirely sure if this new insurance would approve me because I have already have had 6 failed attempts with another insurance company. I was hoping that there would a clinic out there that had some new or different protocals for us "old" woman with diminished ovarian reserve.... Oh well ...

I have tried to calling the Center of Human Reproduction in Manhattan. I was on their website and had sent them numerous e-mails and had taken me a long time to get a response just to be told to call them. When I did I was told that they were busy and to call back in 15 minutes. I called them ...

I guess they had the baby... I went to a clinic in MA.... Later my sister-in-law went to the same clinic. When they went in to have the transfer they blurted out someone else's name and they had to say no, we're so & so. Then the clinic said they did have the right ones and that's what the meant ...

I don't really have any advice for you, but I know where you are coming from. I too have "the problem" not my dh. My dh hasn't had any problems moving on. We did 6 IVFs and 3 IUI--all of which failed. We pretty much stopped because at the time that was all the my insurance would cover and most ...

well got a/f this afternoon. Never been quite this late, so perhaps the clomid does delay it.

clomid and late a/f

Just wondering if clomid will make a/f arrive late. Up until this year, I was pretty much on target with a/f at 28 days. This year--I get it between day 28-31--usually on day 28 or day 31 not really any day in between. I took the clomid challenge test during my last cycle--days 5-9--to see if I ...

I do have a quick question regarding the clomid.... Does it make A/F arrive late? Normally, I have a 28 day cycle. This year I have fluctuated between 28-31 days--basically if it's not 28 days it seems like it's been 31 days. In the past, this may have happened once a year, but this year it's ...

Thanks for the responses... I guess I was just so surprised with the results, I'm sort of in a tail spin and just in shock.

Part of me really wants to make this work since I've gotten pregnant before--once naturally and one through IVF (etopic).

That's really interesting about the insurance--who ...

really high fsh & disappointed.

I did 6 IVF cycles that pretty much failed (my old name under this site was kbat, but then I had to switch it). I was comptemplating doing a 7th at a totatlly different clinic since I was really unhappy with the ones I went to. I did the research, contacted different ones, called my insurance to see ...
