So, I'm on 75 units of Gonal F. I have done 4 shots so far. On my u/s today, showed 12-14 follicles growing. Estradiol was 25. They are upping me to 112.5 units. Am I going to have a problem with my estradiol? Will they cancel the cycle?

Last night was my first dose of Gonal F and I completely forgot to prime it. I just gave myself the shot. I have NO idea if any went in, b/c my dose is only 75 units and that's just a small dose.

Should I prime it tonight? Any ideas?

I'll take that! If it will get me thru transfer - I'm a happy duck... If I'm pregnant, I'll deal with the OHSS at that point. I really have a feeling that I will get a mild case of OHSS, but no where near what I had before. My RE is really trying to stay on top of this for me. I hope it all works ...
