Hi there.
I am new to all of this messaging and have been trying to do all of this on my own mostly. We have had 2 unsuccessful IVF tries and have just gone on waiting list for 3rd try. My periods are very short (2-3 days max) There is not much red blood, but more dark brown colouring. I have been reading up on thickening the lining for implantation as i think this may be where we are having problems. Does anyone recommend any suppliments, vitamins, etc. Should i see my local doctor? CAn they help to prescribe something to improve blood flow to the uterus for implantation? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I would look into a fertility acupuncturist. If you can swing the payments, they can do wonders for your lining and periods. They may have you take some Chinese herbs, but you would need to stop these before starting your stimulation drugs. I would try to go to one at least 2 months before starting an IVF cycle...But, make sure that they specialize in fertility....
Thank you for your input. I will definately try an accupunturist. My specialist mentioned the benefits of using accupuncture for after implantation as well. Cheers
