(heavy sigh).
Loan company says we need a co signer. Which means we didnt get approved.
I am having the dh add me as a co signer for the loan. Not sure it will better our chances. Since I am a stay at home mama.
Its worth a try.

Not too hopeful though.

I am a complete nervous wreck!
Still have not heard from the loan place about our application being approved or denied.
~The dh is calling them now.

I don't want to spend my afternoon crying if they deny us.
On the other hand, the neighbors will think Ive won the lottery with the excited ...
