My husband has low sperm concentration (10 million per ml) but high volume so it gives him a good total sperm count number (60 million). Should we do ICSI with IVF?? we pay out of pocket so it would be nice if we could get away w/ not doing ICSI. what are ICSI requirements??

My last IVF dr took me off of progesterone support at 7 weeks b/c my numbers were really high (80s). . . my current dr says that that should never be done b/c progesterone numbers can change very quickly. what is your take on this??

I hate progesterone (gross or it hurts depending on what method I use). . . do I need to use it if I ovulate 2-3 eggs from doing injectables and have never had a LP deficiency??

I did gonal f, had E2 of 1200 and 4 measurable follicles. I took trigger shot on Tues. I felt a very sharp pain tues too; thinking that I may have ovulated on my own prematurely. If I did ovulate one follicle, will the trigger shot make me ovulate the rest??
If not, what happens to those follicles??

I am doing an injectable cycle using gonal F. I took 75 gonal F for 7 nights. my E2 is 179 and I have follicles size 16 and 13 and a couple under 12. My dr advised doing 75 gonal F for 2 more nights, then triggering 3rd night and then IUI. Do you think the E2 was a little low for 2 follicles??
