New to the board. Been ttc for over 28 months. In day 8 of my first IVF cycle that's taking place in a clinic in Mexico. I have some "pressure" but I think that's the follies trying to make room. Dr says I have 11 good ones but since it's my first cycle I'm not exactly sure what that means ...
