Hi JCBs
All over for me this time. 2ww ended on Sunday with a BFN.
Just added up the cost of this cycle, £8500 so I will have to consider my options now.
Might just nip down to Sainsburys and steal one!!

Well I am sitiing in bed taking it easy today after EC. They got 8, though I was only expecting 5 so I am on good form and keeping fingers crossed.

Hi,
Is it OK to join you all. Have been observing your posts whilst waiting to start my first IVF treatment and then I started downregging on Mon 24th, have been having loads of blood tests this week and booked for a scan and bloods tommorow.......... I am desparate for a lie in, no chance.

I also had to have the blood test for Natural Killer Cells at a cost of £800 at ARGC. The test came back positive and now I have to be treated with IVIG - an immunoglobulin. during treatment cycle, again bumping up the cost of IVF. Hi Angela,
Fantastic news. I too have been refered to Kings by my GP and have been told that I will have to wait for 2 years for NHS funded IVF, again when I thought I would be starting soon. So maybe there is hope for me too! How old are you?

I have just been refered for 1st lot of IVF. Still trying to decide between UCH and ARGC. Can anyone advise? I have looked at the league tables and costings but just getting more confused
