I was 37 during my first cycle and 38 for my successful cycle. They always retrieved a good number of eggs, but usually only half fertilized and I only had 2 leftover (out of 3 fresh cycles) that were high enough quality to freeze. I have the same Aetna coverage and my specific plan had a lifetime cap of 10k on meds (CareMark is my prescription plan) and unlimited on fertility treatments.
