Hi Girls,

Just to let you all know that I am off on hols at the weekend for 2 weeks so i'll be out of touch for a while. Nothing very exciting planned but looking forward to 2 weeks off work. I've been having a lot of trouble with my back so I think some time away from a computer screen will help ...

Hello girls,
A thousand apologies for disappearing for weeks. Time just totally slipped away from me between work, a job interview, visitors and convincing dh that now was a good time to work on the nursery I haven't had a minute.

Wendy great news about the detailed scan - what a relief and so much ...

Caroline,
What fantastic news, you certainly have 3 little fighters in there. And they have a very strong Mum. Hope things start to settle down now.
Stay positive and every good wish for continuing good health.

Hello to the 40+ plus crowd and congratulations to you all.

Alette - Congrats on the scan, sounds like everything is in order. Exciting and terrifying isn't it.

Don't worry about the difference in dates. I had the same thing happen at the six week and 11 week scan. According to the first scan the ...

Wendy, Kelly,

Best of luck for your scans tomorrow. I'll be thinking of you and dying to hear whether those tiny babes are boys or girls.

We still haven't agreed on whether we want to find out or not. I want to but DH is against it. He thinks there are few enough surprises in the world as it is ...

Hi Girls,

Yes it's me I'm alive and well, just snowed under by a variety of things including work and an infection in my sinuses that I refused to take an antibiotics for. So as a result I was totally whacked out for about 10 days - not sleeping at night and miserable during the day. But it's gone ...

Sue,

Welcome to our little group and congratulations on your BFP and for plucking up the courage to come over this side. It is daunting to begin with but I'm sure having the scan has made the whole thing much more real. You must have been absolutely thrilled to find a double wonder growing inside ...

Mornin' girls,

Hi Toni,

Sorry to hear you're not feeling so well. Sore throat is miserable. Try gargling a little salt dissolved in warm water. I know it sounds disgusting but it does work. Also a hot drink of lemon juice, honey and cloves even a shake of cinnamon will help.
Hope you start to feel better before ...

Hi Grls,

Sorry I haven't been on for so long, I'm really feeling a bit out of touch. My only excuse is WORK and feeling completely knackered by the end of each day. The M/S pass mainly passed although I got hit by an awful dose over the weekend.

Lesley,

Sorry to hear you're having a bad time of it. The 2ww is definitely one of the worst waits in the history of humankind. Hang in there on the wait I know it's agonising but you've gotten through 8 days so more than half way through now.

On the stomach problems, try giving the decaf tea ...
