So sorry to hear your news. My treatment got stoped for the same reason a few weeks ago so i can relate to how you feel.

My review isn't for another few weeks so i have no idea why it didnt work.
The only thing we can do is try to keep a pma.

yeah i went for the initial scan and they knew i had a cyst on each ovary of approx 3 cm. Apparantly this doesnt necessarily cause a problem because the folicles grow all around the ovarys anyway. I have stage 4 Endometriosis too. I had surgery last year to remove chocolate cysts from each ovary but the cysts have returned.

We started IVF mid march taking Synarel and i had no side effects at all. However it didnt work as well as it should and i had to switch to Bursarelin ...

Treatment at my clinic is approx £2500 for ivf. It really depends, we have had to buy 2 extra weeks worth of drugs which has increased the cost.

Not sure about the other treatment.
