Polycystic Ovary - IVF

Hiya,
Does any one know how Polycystic Ovaries effect IVF???
I have block tubes and one ovary which is polycystic (is someone trying to tell me something)!?. If I have IVF, will they be able to obtain a good egg. I'm really sorry if that sounds stupid.

Hiya, this is my first time to this site.
I found out in May that I cannot concieve natually due to damaged tubes after an eptopic last May.
I'm scared about going for IVF. This sounds stupid, but I believe in fate, and as stupid as it sounds I feel that IVF is forcing nature to do something that ...
