Hi Gill,
If it doesn't spill, meaning that the tube doesn't get the dye, it's because there's a blockage that's not allowing the dye to enter the tube.And if the tube has an increase size 'cause it's filled up with liquid,that's a Hydrosalpinx, and you'll want to get it out cause it's detrimental ...

And about the hotel issue, I think you should ask them to provide you or recommend you one, since they might be more familiar with the foreing people comimg for the procedure, I mean they must have done it before.

I've never been in Mexico!!!! So I can't tell you about it.
Dr Polak de Fried is in Argentina !!!!!!!!!!!! the native language is spanish but many people speak in English there as a second language, so I don't think that would be a problem.

I've just had laparoscopy last Friday and had my Hydro tube remove ( the left one due to an ectopic preganancy 4 years ago)
I would really look foward to the surgery in your case, 'cause if you search in pubmed.com, having a tubal problem, can be detrimental for IVF.
